It was a good trial
Since I did not have any expectations, I can't say whether the product has met my expectations or not. I made the product with toned cow milk instead of full milk. That could be the reason for it to come out a little thinner in spite of being on the stove for a good time....however, the taste was ok and thus there is no cause for complaint....
