Beautiful vibrant colors & a great fluid consistency. Just thick enough to spread on its own & also easy to mix with water. Both the Golden Yellow & Chrome Yellow were a little translucent compared to how solid the other colors were, but this was a good thing as it made for nice layering.

I have zero complaints about this paint. It’s heavy bodied and creamy texture. It is pigmented fairly well. I use it for paint pouring to mix my own colors. Great value for the price. Perfect for teachers

Great every day acrylics. These are matte acrylics. Higher viscosity, the lighter colors don't cover as well, it is for learning, or if your experienced, you can bulk them well with a pallet knife. I have not experimented yet with them in other capacities by adding glossers, etc... so I dont know how that works. Works great for your every day painting needs. I do not recommend them for deep color saturation, they will loose their brightness and "depth" when they dry, like most cheaper scholastic grade paints =)

Hard to beat the price! The paint REALLY needs to be shaken before you open it otherwise it is a inconsistent thickness and opacity. But no matter what it is thick, and if you do not spread it out evenly on the canvas it will crack. You will have plenty of paint if you have a small class to share it with. If you add water to thin the paint it seems to lay more evenly. It is a fine paint for beginner painting and is fine for learning with. The colors blend well and pop on the canvas. It's a basic acrylic paint! What you see is what you get. For practice and repetition, learning brush skills, this is a no brainer. I will buy this paint again for craft parties and small classes where I'm supplying the paint for everyone.

Pros: thick, heavy body, saturated, dry quickly (can be a con). Cons: dry quickly (less time to blend), not a lot of colors. This paint is so thick that when I tried squeezing out a drop, it didn’t fall down. I had to shake it a bit. I paint without water so my colors come out saturated and beautiful. I’d love to have more colors available, only because I hate mixing colors. But the ones that are available are all you need to get whatever color you want if you mix them.

I’m a beginner in acrylic painting and I couldn’t ask for anything else from my first acrylic paint set. It has all the colors you need for a beginner, the colors are vibrant, the bottles are convenient and easy to use. I used the paint for regular acrylic paintings and for acrylic fluid art and it worked great for both. Would highly recommend this paint set for people who want to immerse themselves into the world of painting and don’t know where to start.

This contained such a bundle I couldn't believe the price. As skeptical as I'm I thought the size of the bottles were gonna be smaller but to my surprise when they came it was regular sized as advertised. The price was unbelievable. I bought this product three months ago and still have plenty of paint leftover, I'll need to reorder by the end of January perhaps.

Certainly worth the money spent. I bought these for an event with several people. 10 of the 12 bottles exploded upon opening for the first time... after the first few, I finally got the hang of opening it with certain napkins, etc. present so it wouldn't get all over everything. That was frustrating. The colors are pretty and spread nicely on a canvas. But once the paint dried, it cracked a LOT. Especially where it was thickly painted. I haven't had this same problem w/ other acrylics. So I would say it's great for kids projects and/or practice, etc., but just know that it may crack once dried.
