Good quality
Used this to make a leather strop. A little does go a long way but don’t fool yourself into thinking a small dollop will coat a standard sized strop. It’s great for finishing knives or for freshening up the edge on your daily drivers. I wish the tube came with more paste but I’d rather pay for quality over quantity.

The Ultimate Polishing Compound
I bought this diamond paste to put a polished edge on my kitchen knives and other blades such as pocket knives. Their finest paste is one micron in size. That is the size of bacteria! Of course you can polish any metal or hard material that is softer than a diamond. So you can polish glass for instance. For those of you who own firearms and want to polish contact surfaces such a feed ramps and sears, they become like glass with this stuff and that means "smooth" low friction motion of parts. I might suggest getting a set they sell of three or four different grades of abrasives. The finest grade is for an extremely polished surface, so if there is any surface scratches (even a polished surface is "scratched" compared to a one micron abrasive), it will polish over them but not take them down. A little goes a long way, though these tubes are small there is more there than it looks. It does not "wear out" as you use it like less hard abrasives. It is a nice item to have for more uses than just putting an edge on a knife. Be creative! This is a great AMERICAN company, and does what this nation WAS known for doing. Producing some of the world's finest products.

Quality Polishing Compound
Excellent polishing compound. I use the dia-paste for my finishing strop on knives. Gives a keen polished edge. Lasts a long time….my first tube lasted for about two years and I strop knives daily.

Removes A Burr Flawlessly
This diamond paste is great, I used it on the grain side of a 10" leather strop I made myself with leather from a belt making kit. It was very easy to use and apply, the syringe it comes in works relatively well. When I first applied I definitely had used a little too much for the size of my strop, a little bit goes along with this stuff. I spread it over the strop using a dull razor blade and it covered the entire surface nicely before drying out. I would recommend letting the compound dry before using the strop as well. If you don't and immediately go to use it, you'll pick up the paste with the edge of your knife. So far I've stropped a few knives, including some with steels like D2, CPM M4, 20CV, and M390, and it removes the last bit of burr extremely well - not to mention that it puts a very nice, shiny finish on the bezel. I had previously sharpened all those knives before stropping but the diamond paste and strop but a true hair whittling edge on my knives. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was for the price. I understand that diamond compound and sprays are not cheap by any means but for the size of the syringe, I do wish they gave a little bit more.

Great diamond compound
I've used a lot of stopping compound. My favorite is Gunny Juice, but find that anywhere is stock for less than $50 a bottle! I've tried other paste compound they were to greasy. This Compound goes on even and smooth and does not leave behind a greasiness. The 6 micron works very well at a decent price, a little goes a long way!

The stuff works
As long as you use it apply it correctly this product works to put that final touch to sharpening a knife blade. Definitely a worth while purchase if you are looking a razor sharp edge.

Best there is in my opinion, wish we could get their other microns other than the USA. But the 6 micron is good enough

Excellent toothpaste substitute. It really makes your teeth white. I’m on my second purchase. Works well with a hard bristle brush. Only con is the taste. They could make a minty version.
