Transformers Prime: The Game - Nintendo 3DS

Bought this 5 years ago and still remember it fondly. Great choice of a game on the 3DS!

I bought this game to play it online with a friend in another state. I thought it was just gonna be a cheesy game based off of the show like so many others. It was only 12 bucks and would bring my friend some cheer so I thought why not.Turns out this game is amazingly fun. The controls are good, the characters are fun and do have some variations between them.What I really like is that the cut scenes have the real voice actors (Peter Cullen, Jefferey Combs ect.) and the music is crisp and clear. Sure the graphics might need a little bit of a polish but they still look good. I would say if you are on the fence look the game up on youtube and decide there if it is your cup of tea.I would say that if you enjoyed transformers prime, get this. Its fairly cheap used and is a blast to play.

My son loves video games and this one is about his favorite. Very action packed! He has even had to ask for a tad bit of help to complete a level or two. I saw the graphics and they are pretty neat. I didn't expect all too much being a major name brand with the years of bad wraps these types of games have received, but this one seems to make him happy, so I'm happy. Most I toss on the shelf of misfortune. Glad I bought this one and glad the price was pretty cheap, too!

After watching videos of the abysmal Wii u version, I noticed the graphics on the 3ds looked almost better, and I was right! Featuring all the voice actors from the show, and a very easy pick up and play style of mission structure, THIS is the version to get. Fun for all ages and fans of transformers won't be disappointed by this simple, yet more than functional Transformers game. My only complaint is that you can't lead your shots at targets during battle, often requiring you to get up close to finish them off. Otherwise this is a great portable transformers experience for all ages. All Hail Megatron

i own Transformers War for Cybertron Autobots and Deception edition for the DS and Transformers Prime for the 3DS rocks! Excellent graphics, great immersive gameplay, great controls and Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime! It may not be Fall of Cybertron but the game still is fun as heck. If you own a 3DS and are a Transformers fan, pick this up!

Not good game play was short and mediocure. Simple easy boring. No depth no good the show was better

A pretty good action game, however it lacks content, general depth, and its story is no where up to the quality of the show's writing. Where the show felt like it was written for adults and happened to be kid friendly, this feels more written for kids and happens to be adult friendly.As a portable title, it's great to take out and play for really quick sessions. The levels are short and easy to digest, and the multiplayer mode has pretty competent AI bots to play against.
