This product I have been using for years and IT'S GREAT! This product doesn't give you diarrhea or soupy stool, so that is good. When you take this product you can feel it consolidating the fecal matter in your colon and after a few hours you will get the urge to go to the bathroom. You will go to the bathroom 3 to 4 times very good and it will come out of you easily and you won't realize that you are filling the toilet up with a lot of old fecal that has been in your intestines for quite some time. Also you will realize how much fecal matter your intestines hold (you will be surprised). This stuff will keep you going to the bathroom until you are cleaned out (at least it does for me) so I only take 2 and that is it until I decide to take them again. Usually a month later because I only want to clean myself out when I need to. You will notice that after you finished cleaning yourself out that it will take a few days of eating to where you will have to go to the bathroom again (at least that is my experience).
