Still going strong after two years. I love this product and it really helps with any kind of body pain, I would highly recommend it you suffer from debilitating period cramps like me! Also nice to warm the bed before getting in for the UK chilly winter nights. I can't live without it now!

I cannot recommend these highly enough. I’ve bought five of them now, two as gifts, two for use at home and one that I keep as a spare because the heat pads are used daily. Because they are flat, they’re wonderful to have on a pillow if you have ear or toothache, also ideal to have behind you for hip and back pain. The controller works well and the ability to have it on for anywhere between 30 mins to 2 hours is very useful. I’d hate to be without one now.

I love it. Use it when sitting at my desk (at home, not at my work place) and take it to bed with me. My feet are always freezing, as I sit in front of the computer 12 hrs a day or more. Need to order another one.

Bought this product almost 3 years to the day of writing this review. Initially bought for my Wife whilst she worked at home for her legs. I use it to keep my feet warm now. Hasn't let us down, still fully works. Looking to buy an additional one, reviewing the photos of the product, it looks like they may have changed the controller, hopefully nothing else has changed.

This is a great heat pad. Gives a high amount of heat. Can choose timer too.

these are perfect i ordered 1 for me ive had a while and i bought my friend 1 she luvs it too light weight heat up quick very soft and comfortable defiantly value for money

Long lasting and a life saver. I use it for all sorts of things, and it’s never let me down. I’ve been using mine for 3 years now!

Three and a half years later I am in bed and suddenly smelled burning plastic. Thankfully I woke up and realized quickly that plastic part that connects to the pad was melting. The Cord-to-pad connection melted during normal use. It’s always on a timer never used more than 30 mins at a time on the second lowest heat setting. And bam… so grateful I woke up or that could have been the end. Truly horrific!
