Great chef knife. Stay sharp and sharpens up nicely

With a little skepticism, I ordered several knives as gifts and a block set for us from Tuo Cutlery in December of 2021. Our main fears were the wood handles and the quality of the metal. To our surprise, the knives have performed flawlessly. They retain sharpness and are very easy to sharpen with the tool included with the block set. The wood handles show no sign of deterioration or swelling even though we use and wash them every day. We make sure that we dry them as soon as possible after washing. I would definitely buy again and recommend them.

I was dubious when I read some of the reviews, I have been hunting for the perfect knife for so many years. Most are junk, even though they are costly, and some are just so expensive I can't justify them. This knife has absolutely satisfied every requirement...perfect size and shape, great weight and balance in my hand. It holds its edge beautiful and cuts everything perfectly. I couldn't be happier, highly recommend!

The hand is a little odd but overall it a good knife for the price

I purchased this knife bc I chop a lot of thick veggies like butternut squash and sweet potatoes for my deer friends as a snack, this knife is AWLSOME! I cannot tell you how much time it has saved me! It’s so comfortable to hold and u can place ur hand on the backside of the knife when extra pressure is needed! It’s the best knife I have! I absolutely love it! Highly Recommend!

I love this knife, it's a perfect size and has a great feel to it. Very sharp and makes slicing, dicing and chopping a quick tasks. And it is simply beautiful too! Highly recommend.

Bought this knife for my mother-in-law at Christmas. She absolutely loves this knife! Raves how easily she can slice lamb or beef extremely thin.. only problem is she won’t let anyone else use it... only takes it out for special occasions or Sunday dinner!

A lot better than I expected. Came very sharp. Cut through onions, watermelon, tomatoes, just everything with ease. Fits well in hand, great size. Beautiful knife. Excellent buy. The only criticism I could give it is that the handle has a little lip where the black and metal meet. But for the price I can’t complain. I’m just a little picky. Most people will not even notice LOL. Cheers!!
