Worth every penny. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
I purchased this for a 2020 Ram 1500 with a short bed (5'7"). It's an outstanding accessory for hauling. The net is well constructed, the webbing is strong, there are connection points everywhere and the 4 included straps are both easy to use and very solid. I just used it to move my daughter into her apartment. The load included a full size mattress, desk, garbage bags full of clothes, storage bins, a few boxes and some other miscellaneous odd stuff. I was hemming and hawing over which size I needed - small or medium. I am extremely glad I went with the medium size. I used almost every inch of it with a load that exceed the height of my bed by about a foot and covered most of the bed. I traveled 200 miles, most of it at 80mph, with this net and nothing budged an inch. There were even some 'sharper' edges on the desk which were poking into the fabric. I was afraid might tear the mesh with 80mph 'winds' hitting it for hours but it showed no signs of wear after the trip. I am confident I will get plenty of use out of this for years. If you are not sure what size to go with for a short bed, I highly recommend the medium. It's not 'too much' for a short bed and will be much more flexible for varying loads. For those on the fence, it's worth the extra $$ you pay for this one. Having a couple college aged kids, I know I will be using this thing frequently over the next few years. The piece of mind it provides when flying down the highway with random stuff in the back is worth paying a few extra dollars for a well constructed piece of equipment that will last for years.

Updated review- Awesome Customer service turned disappointment into positive experience
*Updated- After returning this product for a refund due to the problem listed below, I was surprised one day to come home and find a package on my doorstep containing a new net (I was surprised as I'd requested and received a refund already). On opening the package I found not only a replacement net, but also a t-shirt and flashlight. It was clear that Gladiator Cargo Gear reads Amazon comments and cares about their product/reputation as I'd never reached out for a replacement or anything but received one anyway. +1 for customer service. I'm happy to report the new net does not have any problems and is exactly what I'd hoped for it to be when i first ordered. I'm very happy with this product and would not hesitate to purchase this or another Gladiator Cargo Gear product based off my experience. After using for awhile I'll try to update this review based off my real world experience using it, -------------------------------------------------------------------------. Original review since updated- After having used several different spider web style cargo nets I was excited to try this webbing/tarp style. When the product arrived I was happy to see it came in a nicely designed carrying case and seemed to be of a solid build quality. I appreciated the ease with which it lays out over a load without tangling up like the web style nets. The integral grommets are well positioned and appear robust enough for heavier duty use. There was however a problem (and a significant one at that) with one of the provided cinch straps. After successfully securing two of the straps I went to the third, attached the carabiner to the net, placed the hook on the anchor point and gave it a tug to cinch it up. Then it happened. The webbing around the hook simply fell off of it leaving me with a handful of webbing and a useless cinch strap. It looks like the stitching for the strap was never actually secure and had only managed one or two stitches before a needle broke or something similar during it's manufacturing. Problems happen, but this definitely made me wonder about the quality control for the product. Also, I'm very glad it failed when it did and hadn't been just a bit stronger giving the impression all was good only to fail later under load stress causing me to lose my load on the freeway while at speed. I'm returning this product now and should I decide to try it again will be happy to update my review based off my new experience.

Super stout, suitable for lifting.
If you need a super stout cargo net, look no farther. I needed something capable of holding weight up like a sling (rather than just something to drape over a load), with multiple attachment points. No lifting capacity/ability was stated, and not many mentions of this use case in the questions or reviews. My crazy idea basically consisted of me trying to find a way to haul fire wood on camping trips, without eating up bed space. I also wanted to be able to access my gear in the bed without having to move wood out of the way. This fit the bill and performed flawlessly. Used it to hold what had to be atleast 200lbs of small/medium logs, suspended from my roof rack under my tent. The netting on the center portion held up very well, no noticeable damage after a long weekend that consisted of everything from highway speeds, spirited driving on dirt roads, and rain & snow. The fact that the webbing/netting doesn't extend all the way out was perfect; I was able to use about 40 5/16 spring links (the spring loaded hook/carabiner things used on chains) to wrap around the tubing on my rack and lock the two eyelets together. There's also four eyelets on tabs a couple squares inboard from each of the four corners; I used a few ratchet straps on those, zig zagged under the net, to take any slack out and keep it from rubbing on my tonneau cover for the entire trip. Next time I will put a ~3.5' x 5' piece of plywood or osb under the wood to make things easier to load, stop snags in the netting, and give me an easier time strapping it up to take the slack out. All in all though it performed flawlessly and was an excellent rough draft for my fire wood solution. My truck has the RamBox storage, which makes it about the width of a stepside bed inside the box, a hair over 4'. Length is 6'4". I went with the 6.75' x 8' net to allow for droop/storage volume, and that size was perfect for my need. The straps it comes with kind of suck, but to be honest I didn't even know they were included when I ordered, so I'll just chalk it up to freebie. They're plenty stout, but they're super short and are only cam locks, NOT ratcheting...kind of useless for any serious work. All in all I absolutely would buy this again and will be recommending it on the off road groups for anyone who might be looking for a similar solution.

A quality heavy duty net
This indeed is a heavy duty net. It's well made and slings my heavy stuff with ease.

Old one was so good it was stolen
This net is heavy and strong enough that it isn't going to rip or fly around in the wind. It has lots of grommets, allowing you to reposition the attachment points for different size loads. This is my second one. My last one was still so good, after quite a few years, that someone stole it.

Solid sturdy cargo net.
As advertised. Easy to use and works as expected. The fine mesh over most of the surface is good from smaller items and to keep shrink wrap around palletized boxes from blowing around. Good strong material and tie downs that are easy to use. Lots of grommets to attach at multiple points on all sides for most any size load in a pickup.

Should have bought this years ago.
I used to through half a dozen ratchet straps across my 5’x8’ trailer to take loads to the dump. What a waste of time. While a bit expensive this cargo net is worth every penny. It doesn’t even have to be that tight and the entire load is secure. I don’t constantly keep an eye on the side mirrors expecting to see a strap come loose and trash getting littered across the county that’ll I’ll have to go pick back up. Throw the stuff in the trailer throw the cargo net over it pull down the four corners and go and don’t think about it again until I’m at the dump to unload. On my last haul one of the tie downs even came loose and I couldn’t even tell because the weight of the net helps hold it in place so well. If you ever haul anything in a trailer or the bed of your truck not just trash and debris but things like furniture get this net. The peace of mind alone is worth the price. You can literally connect the tie down straps anywhere you want and you can double up on them say in the corners so you can cinch both the over the top portion and the around the front portion. The only complaint I have is the 10’x12’ net should come with 6 cinch straps not 4. Many times you get what you pay for and this is one of those times. If this net ever wears out, which I don’t foresee happening, I’ll definitely replace it with another Gladiator net.

Great Cargo Net
This cargo net works really well! I've only used it once so far, but was very impressed with the build quality and the protection it provided to the items it needed to secure in the bed of my truck. I ordered the size just a tad bigger than normal so that I could use it for bigger loads when needed. Even though I have the larger size, it has connections on it to secure smaller loads as well. The way it is built, nothing is going to slip out of the netting and cover as you're going down the road. My brother was also impressed with this cargo net and wanted to buy one for himself! If you're looking for a great cargo net, I would highly recommend this Gladiator cargo net! Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Wish I had it years ago!
I haul a lot of firewood for our home every fall. I have been looking for a solution to quickly secure a load safely so nothing will fall out. This has been a perfect fit! SO much easier and faster than trying to strap down individual rows or tie down a tarp that may or may not stay in place. The net is durable, well made, stays in place, provides tension to the load, doesn't allow anything to get away. I've had it a full year now and have used it several times for different things. Well worth it! Side note, the shipping somehow got messed up. The local distributor wanted me to have it before the long weekend so he drove an hour out of town to deliver it personally! That's someone who believes in his product!!

If you’ve got a truck. Save yourself the headache. Buy this net.
This net is the best thing if you own a truck. Secures any size load perfect every time. Quickly with no tangles before or after the job. It’s quality and will last a long time. Carabiner connection make it so easy. When you’re done with it, fold it like a blanket and stuff it in the carry case. Done! Buy it already, worth the money spent .
