iPhone 11 Pro Max Waterproof Rugged Case - Slim Design with Built-in Screen Protector, Shockproof, 6.5" (Black&Gray)

This will be my second time writing an amazon review EVER so if I’m writing one it’s because the product goes above my expectations! Writing a lengthy review in hopes that it legitimately helps whoever is looking into this product. I previously had a waterproof case for my iPhone XS Max and it worked fine, did it’s job however it was always a struggle to take off so I used it sparingly. I recently purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max and knew I was going to need a water proof case for a cruise wedding in November. This case works absolutely amazing. The 11 fits in nice and snug so you know it’s not moving on the inside and taking it on and off is a breeze!! This came with a little lanyard to attach to the phone so it doesn't get lost which honestly became a lifesaver one I started filming underwater. I specifically uploaded a video that shows the phone going in and out the water to show that the product works beautifully. My pictures and videos came out perfectly clear (big part due to the actual camera of the 11 pro) but the plastic film covering the cameras is nice and thin and did not hinder the quality of the pictures at all. We were out snorkeling for about 4 hours and didn’t have not one issue. Once we got back to the cruise ship I simply washed off the salt water, took the case off, and replaced it with my everyday Bape Undefeated case. There wasn’t even a smidge of water inside, bone dry. I also use the case at home on pool days. Usually connect to my JBL so I can listen to music while I do laps or lounge. Before, I used to leave my phone on the side so whenever I needed to change a song or lower the volume I would have to either swim to it or push myself over when I was on the floating lounge chair. With my previous case I was able to bring the phone with me into the pool and just have with me whenever I was in the lounge chair which allowed me to change whatever song or volume, even take a couple pictures and never had an issue with water getting inside or anything. I still do this now and have ZERO issues. Works like a charm. Makes my pool days a lot more relaxing. Lastly, the touch works GREAT. On my last case the plastic I guess was thicker so it made texting somewhat of an issue. I saw myself having to press harder for it to respond. The plastic film on this case is beautifully thin so I was able to text with the case on just like if I had it off, experienced NO problems with it at all. On pool days literally just have regular text conversations in the water like nothing. One time I actually dropped my phone in the pool in the middle of a text (about 9ft deep), swam to pick it up, and continued my conversation like if nothing. As an 11 pro bonus I was able to switch lenses (by pressing) easily and experienced no lag caused by the plastic film. Since I already owned a water proof case previously I can’t say that this exact product changed my life because I was already used to water proof case capabilities with my old phone however I will say this case was a much needed upgrade from the one I previously owned and really made a significant difference in my swim activities as well as capturing these beautiful underwater pictures and videos for my cousin on his wedding. Hope this helps! PSA: If you own an iPhone, IT IS AN AUTOMATIC APPLE FEATURE that once the phone goes underwater the screen DOES NOT FUNCTION. You cannot put the phone underwater and use the screen like normal (text underwater) because that is a default feature Apple puts into every apple product. Saw a couple reviews saying “cant text underwater doesn’t work” which is NOT the fault of the seller nor a malfunction of the product. By default any Apple product will not function once it senses the pressure of water. Will literally do the same if you run it under a faucet at home. To get pictures and videos underwater you must use the volume buttons as your camera shutters. I easily started and ended multiple videos UNDERWATER by simply pressing the volume buttons. Just make sure the camera app is already open because you CANNOT open any app once the phone is submerged. Please do your research prior to writing reviews because you hinder people who are actually looking into a product by writing incorrect information 😒

I have literally dropped my phone 50million times when it's in this case and it has never broken. My phone is still in mint condition. I love that the case is clear, because I got the violet samsung phone and wanted to show it off. I hate getting a pretty color phone only to hide with a case. But this case lets me display the color. The rubber bumper all the way around the case has been helpful in protecting my phone when I drop. I don't have any issues taking pictures or using the fingerprint reader. The front of the case acts a screen protector, which has saved me money and hassle. I don't worry about those awful airbubbles that wouldn't come out, like with a screen protector. I would buy this case again and again, but thankfully I don't have to because it has lasted. The side buttons match up perfectly and when I have dropped my phone in water, the water didn't seep into the case. It's a good case and I totally recommend it. I haven't ran into any problem with it yet and I don't think I will.

This is a good phone case. I work outside for my job and my phone is always with me. I don’t worry about it when I have this case on. This case has kept my phone safe for two years in rain, snow, mud, sawdust, brush fires, and more. I’ve dropped my phone so many times. The case gets dinged up, especially the plastic screen area, and I do occasionally have to take it off to clean dust out, but it’s very easy to clean. I’m finally replacing it after almost 2.5 years because a seal on the top piece broke. I’ve bought this item previously and will buy it again. Great deal for the price. Update: I literally dropped my phone into hot coals around a brush fire today and the case melted but my phone stayed protected. This case saved me lol

This is an Awesome case. I defiantly recommend it. the only draw back to this case is that those on the other end of a phone call say it is hard to hear me. but still love the case.

This is an attractive case that matches the color of my Galaxy s9. I've used it for 3 months now, and have dropped it at least 10 times, even on concrete a couple of times, no problem - it just bounces off the side or corner - like a rubber bumper. Spilled liquids on it, left it on a counter I didn't know was wet, even dropped it in a puddle, never got wet inside. The only time it got slightly damp around the edges was when it fell into a sink full of dish water (phone fell from the window sill above the kitchen sink while doing dishes) the whole outside of the phone was drenched, thought surely it must have gotten damaged - took the case off - was just slightly damp around the edges, but no harm done to the phone whatsoever, (perhaps I didn't take the time to make sure the edges were sealed together properly after the last time I took the case off, I've done this a lot) jso just used a lint free cloth to go over the phone and the case (separately) then let them air out for a couple of hours to make sure all moisture was gone. Put the case back on - everything was good as new, (made sure I got all the edges together perfectly.) This is a great case for someone who drops things and spills things a lot, a real lot. No, I'm not embarrassed, no not at all. lol

The case itself is really solid, and I love the aesthetics. The plastic is clear, it fits tight against the glass, all the good stuff. Unfortunately, it was unable to keep water out at the ear piece.
