Received it perfectly packed. good. -Quality is good, heard a lot about the Durability of Sujata, thats why we bought it. - powerful motor, durable too i hope. - the quality of plastics can be bit better. - the plastic tool provided to push the vegetables in the juicer (shown in the pics) is a JOKE. its the same quality like small children plastic bats are made from. (with air inside) the quality of blender plastic is fine, but the "juice presser" tool is really a child's toy, better if they gave a little better quality there. - no safety mechanism (safety lock) like in kenwood and other machines (this is good in a way, less parts to fail over time.) hope it lasts us a long time. going to get a chutney jar too
