What a wonderful company to deal with! My blanket stopped working after 4 months, the controller was blank and didn't light up, even when I changed the fuse, so I contacted the company and they arranged a replacement to be sent out to me. It arrived a couple of days later! The blanket is lovely and warm, is very soft to touch and isn't too heavy. It has a timer so will switch off automatically and there are 9 heat settings. I love it! Thank you so much to the seller.

Like others say, the controller is both flimsy and temperamental. i had this blanket for a month, in that time it turned itself off way before the timer, and sadly just packed up. I know its a controller issue as it has a slight burning smell when you plug it in. I contacted their support who were utterly useless. Would not offer to replace the controller early, and would only refund me once the item was received in 5-7 days. Disgraceful for an item owned for only a month. Not to mention their tracking provided no updates - just use amazon and you wont have these issues!! Amazon have kindly corrected the issue now, no thanks to Warmer. Onto the blanket itself, gets nicely hot, and fast. Only to then be let down by false advertising. This blanket is not fully heated, only about 80% of it is. Which would be nice if they told you the heating wires weren't full size, but i cannot see anywhere that is described.

This heated throw is soft, warm, and very comfortable. The multiple heat settings work well, the size is generous, and the detachable controller makes washing easy. Excellent quality and perfect for staying cosy.

Love this product. Bought two as I loved it so much. The first one lasted a year, hopefully the second last a bit longer. It is soft thick and has a good weight.

I bought this throw because I wanted to cut the cost of heating my home.I am on a restricted income.(Like most of us.) I must say that the blanket was lovely and warm,with a choice of settings.I purchased it during the 'black friday' offers and was happy to get a good deal.Who wouldn't be !!!!. HOWEVER, 2 days after the 'latest return' date the blanket stopped working. I've checked the fuse but no go. I've contacted Amazon but have yet to hear back from them.I will update when everything resolved.Then change to 5 star hopefully
