Worked well with Halloween Costume
Looked very cute as a cowgirl hat for my daughter on Halloween. She was able to decorate it due to it being white.

Came dirty and scuffed
I purchased these for an art project and luckily I’ll be painting over these because they came white red and black scuffs and stains on the white hats. There’s also a dent in one and it’s very noticeable.
