It's been just over a year since I've had this e collar and it's still working perfectly. Even though I drop it in ponds, lakes, and yes even deer/cow pies. Out of the 100 levels you choose from both of my dogs are under level 15 for their working levels. (To find your dogs working level you start at 0 in a no distraction area and work your way up until you find the level where they barely notice it. So if they are yelping/screaming/jumping the collar is way too high or you bought a Chinese knock off collar.) mind you I don't physically feel the collar on my body until around level 11. We only use the e collar to grab their attention, that's it. So if a dog see's a deer or another dog and recall fails they are "tapped" with a stimulation to remind them of "hey mom is calling you, go back to her." Or you can put it on continuous mode. Which is what we use. It means that weird feeling on their neck does not go away until they are turned around and coming back to me. Then the pressure is released. We never use it at levels where they are yelping or jumping. The only reason we are turning it up is because recall as failed and for their safety they need to come back when I call them no matter the distraction. The highest level they have seen is 35. Recall failed and they were chasing a deer. I tapped them once with that level and they both turned around and came back. I have felt the e collar on my hands, arms, and even neck all the way up to 100. It's a muscle stimulus. It's not causing physical pain or burning. Its the same technology as a TENS unit. It's sending a message to your brain that this is a weird feeling and I don't like it. For us it means we have reliable recall or matter the situation we are in. I rarely have to use the remote anymore. This is our insurance policy for them off leash. We first train positively then layer an e collar to proof the command. Once I felt our e collar I was amazed how it felt like the TENS unit at my chiropractor. I actually have used it on my back knots and my husbands back knots before. What's interesting is on some dogs the vibrate is more punishing to them then taking a tap of the stim. The vibrate is so intense and powerful to a dog that some will freak it or blow through it. Camber blows through it but Akira will yelp and even jump. So we never use it since she finds the vibrate aversive. Now not every dog needs an e collar but in the right hands on the right dog it can really help with recall and other basic commands like heeling or gun dogs. I'm very happy I opened my mind up to this type of training. I was turned down by 3 positive dog trainers with Camber that said at the end of training that he will never be trusted off leash around dogs and wildlife.... now? We spend 99% of the time off leash. They are both happy to be off leash and their quality of life has skyrocketed. Off leash hiking is the best thing for my dogs. I cried the first time Camber was off leash this past summer. To see him running around a field happy as can be was amazing to me. We tried every other method in the book to train recall when a distraction is present but no hot dog or whatever the treats was would get him back. I could slap him in the face with steak and he would still ignore me because chasing a deer is a higher value then the cookie I have for him. This tool in the wrong hands can cause some major damage.... but in the right hands and with proper training this tool will help your dog bloom and enjoy that off leash freedom that they crave and want. I don't think every dog needs an e collar but this was our last resort for them to get that off leash freedom and I don't regret one second or penny of it. No matter how much and often I train my dogs they are still dogs and have instincts. Sometimes training will become second and nature will take over. I want to be as prepared as possible to ensure my dogs can be off leash but safe. The moment we see people/wildlife/dogs anything or anyone they are put back on leash for everyones safety and we move to the side of the trail. Think of it like this, you are an awesome driver right? You obey the laws of the road and consider yourself a defensive driver. But you still wear I seat belt because you cannot control the people driving around you. You cannot control the deer that jumps out in front of your car at night and you hit it. The seat belt will save your life. Just like an e collar could save your dogs life!

I rescued a 6-month-old Shepherd husky mix on October 5th of 2023 that is too smart for his own good. I have p5 acres fenced in and he would climb the fence not jump it, climb like a monkey. He's well-trained in the home but when he gets outside there were too many squirrels. When he would get out he would run to neighbor's properties and harass their chickens. He had been shot at once that I know of by one of the unsavory neighbors in the area. He was not hit but he did come running back. He had gotten out a total of five times in 6 months that I know of. But since I received the mini educator my problems have dissolved. I've been training him as he gets near the fence I tap him and he runs away from the fence. I've had to use the minimum shock four or five times when I first received it as he would go near the fence to try to climb it. That was the first weekend. I have had it now for a week and for the last 6 days he does not even want to go near the fence. I would hate to have to use the boost shock on him because I tried it on myself and that is rough but if he does get over the fence again I will use it. He is also a very smart dog you can call him and you can see him thinking about it but this only happens when he's off leash and outside. Now when I call him and he looks at me and I see he's starting to think I tap him he comes right over and sits right next to me. One other thing is that he will get a blinding zoomy meaning he will start running and he's not focused on anything but just the running and with other dogs you can call them and they would stop. with my guy if you could grab him you could just see his head moving in his eyes would be just wanting to roam everywhere and it would take 5 seconds for him to actually focus and come back to who he is. When he got the zoomies the last time I tapped him and he came right over and sat next to me. I hope this helps some of you with a semi problem dog but this product works. He weighs about 80 lb and now he's about 1 year and 2 months old. I had almost thought about taking him to a rescue shelter after he climbed the fence the last time. This product was his last chance to stay with me because I just can't handle a dog that will climb fences and want to get out especially when they have five acres wooded and grass to live in. So far this product has worked miracles for him and me. As far as the settings go I set the regular shock at 36 which then would be the boost to 96. I tested it on myself first the 36 is a good boost and it brings him back immediately. The tap I do believe is a general sensation and that is maybe 1/5 the sensation of the regular shock. I also tested that out on myself first. When I first received it I had to call the company to help with 3 questions .it is an American company I talked to a representative who said she lived in Indiana within 2 minutes I had the collar and the remote setup no problems. I only had a few questions because the directions are a little confusing and she even said there are some things that are vague. one of the things that are vague or how to turn it on. there is a red dot on the side of the remote controller and a red dot on top of the collar sensor you touch them together and it turns on. It works like a charm. Then the charging; he wears a collar between 6 to 8 hours a day and I charge it every other day depending on how many times I have to tap him. The instructions say do not let the batteries get below 50% and to charge it up so the batteries will last a very long time if you do that. That is what the instructions in the manual say to do. Sometimes I charge it up at the end of the day if I tap him a couple of times it takes 15 to 20 minutes to charge it up and I'm good to go. I am very happy with this product. There is also an LED light on the collar so when he's in the woods I hit the light sensor button on the back of the remote and it comes on it's like a headlight but it's on his neck. It can go from a blinking LED every two to three seconds to a solid LED light I've used that a couple of times just to see if it worked he was about 500 ft from me came on immediately. I hope I never have to test the half mile range of this but so far the longest distance I've had to tap,shock or turn the light on is about 800 ft and it is instantaneous. I watched multiple videos on 10 different e-collars then research them and I settled on the mini educator it seemed to be more durable, used by more trainers and the most important part made in the USA with customer service based in the United States. From what I saw from the other e-collars they were not. AS an ending note now my rescue puppy repeatedly comes back and looks for me at least every 10 minutes and it is only been one week. I have had dogs before but I always got them between 12 and 8 weeks old they were easily trained and they were all trained up by me by the time they were 3- 4 months old. This is my first rescue puppy which I rescued him from a truck stop in Amarillo Texas he was emaciated, his pads on his paws were torn up and he had a bad case of diarrhea. At the time I rescued him he was approximately 5 to 6 months old per the vet. He had no collar no tags and no chip. I called the rescues in the area and the shelter no one had claimed him as missing and they told me when I asked them if it was okay if I could keep him. they said please do we are being overrun with dogs being turned in or loose dogs roaming around.. He is an extremely happy, smart and now thanks to the mini educator well-trained off leash and like I said it has only been one week 👍😁

Small, lightweight, effective. I have a very laid-back Labradoodle. Very obedient...except when he starts to run. And he can run like racehorse. Taking him for walks on the beach or in the woods was an effort in frustration for all of us. He just wanted to roam ahead and smell everything and we could not let him off-leash for fear that he would take off. Enter the Educator. It has two modes: vibrate which feels like an old-school pager or vibrate mode on your phone and electric stimulation mode. Using just the vibrate mode, which has no level settings - just vibrate, we were able to get his attention. We use it the same way we would use a leash correction. Perfect. And 95% of the time, vibration mode is all we need. For the other 5% of the time, a tap on the electronic mode is needed. There are 127 levels of corrections. We took the time to to a level setting exercise with him. There are a ton of videos out there that detail the process, but essentially you start at level one and work your way up, looking for even the tiniest hints that the dog felt it. We found him reacting at level 23, so we downgraded to level 20 and it has worked perfectly. Naturally, we tried the levels (20-23) on ourselves and were surprised that we actually cannot feel any type of stimulation at all. Nothing. But level 20 is enough to strop him in his tracks. No whining or (seeming) discomfort, just gets his attention. Now he can walk off leash with us, knowing that he can range 10 yards ahead or behind us and sniff and explore at his own pace. Bonus: since the collar is waterproof, he can now also swim without that long trailing rope we used to have to tie him with. We live near a tiny-but-crowded beach with boats coming and going. It is also a very narrow sliver of public versus private beach - and we want to keep him strictly on the public area. We had Tri-Tronic hunting collars for our two sadly-departed German Shepherds. They were well-used for over 12 years. But the batteries had worn down and the remotes were HUGE (think really big MAG-lites). Getting them reconditioned would have cost nearly the same as buying new. The technology had also evolved over the last 10+ years. We decided we wanted some smaller for our smaller dog. This product had great reviews and lots of training videos available. I will also echo what other people have said. This is not a substitute for training, it is a training AID. Your dog cannot guess what you want him to do. You must train the dog to follow commands, and you must be consistent. "Sit" has to mean "put your butt on the ground" and not "get down you're slobbering on my pants or get away from the table and I don't really care if you butt hits the ground or not." You must set clear lines on appropriate behavior. Your dog can behave if you train it with consistency. As a training AID, this collar is fabulous. We've been using it for about a month. 3-5 times a week when we go out for long walks off-leash. He wears it for an hour or two at a time and we charge it about twice a month. He uses it for swimming about once or twice a week. Saltwater and fresh. Like most dogs, he keeps his head and most of the collar above water though it does get wet. He is not crazy about the collar, but is leaning when we put it on, he will get to run, so we are finding less head-dodging when we take the collar out. Even without using the collar, we find that his obedience levels have improved dramatically. He is listening better and quicker to obey commands. Again, even when NOT wearing the collar, we are finding more and better obedience. GREAT choice. You and your dog will love the freedom. GREAT training aid.

This is amazing! My disabled vet daughter's service dog was trained in part with this device. That is what prompted me to this particular device. I got a rescue, 1.5 yr old 12lb girl in Jan '18. I could not take her off the leash for a sec! After a few months of treat training, I THOUGHT she wouldnt run, but boy was I wrong! If she heard others voices, especially children, she would haul hiney, running in and out of the busy neighborhood street and the chase was on! It WAS SCARY TO SAY THE LEAST!! She LOVED to play the'catch me if you can' game and I had to ask the neighbor she ran to to catch her. I FINALLY bit the bullet and paid the price! I read a few hints on ecollar training before purchase and got the jist of the objectivity of using an ecollar. I FIRST used the vibrating mode and it scared the living daylights out of her! I thought she'd get used to it but it appeared to be way too aggressive for her. So I thought I'd try the 'pavlovian'tone (shock is the harsh term) at a level of 7. I saw that was a little strong so I turned it down to 5. I had only been using this for about a week and she is so smart that she KNEW when her collar was on, she HAD TO BEHAVE! it was an AMAZING TRANSFORMATION!! I have now been walking her without a leash for a couple months now and I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW IMPORTANT THIS DEVICE IS!!! She still loves to run to people but will not jump on them when I say'down'. I don't have to press any button cause she had already learned after no more than 2 times at'buzzing' her for bad manners. I taught her to sit at a crosswalk and not run into the street until I say so. She was even chasing a cat and when the cat ran across the street, my smart little girl STOPPED when I said STOP. I AM SO VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE AND WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL! ALSO, the light is amazing and all the other dog walkers ask me where I got it and how much they love that they can see her at night! WATERPROOF IT IS! in the summer I have to put her in the pool before we walk because she appears to be heart sensitive. The collar is on her and I put her on the step of the pool and pour water all over her. She will also lay in water puddles if she finds (to cool her down. She is not a natural water dog) one and the collar is in the water. We walk about 45 min in the am and the same at night, using the light. After 3 or 4 days I usually put it on charge but I have never run out of charge either. I am a very sensitive dog lover and previously thought these were cruel. WRONG!!!!! You control the intensity and THE DOGS ARE SMART!! IT'S CALLED A SPANKING WHEN THERE'S BAD BEHAVIOR! Like our parents did! BUT THIS COLLAR IS LESS PAINFUL AND MORE SUCCESSFUL! I put it on myself FIRST TO SEE WHAT LEVEL TO START WITH. now I keep it on a 4 AND RARELY have to use it. She now comes when I call, WILL NOT run in the street, doesn't jump on people and is just a happy little girl!! IF YOU WERE SKEPTICAL AS I WAS, JUST EDUCATE YOURSELF A BIT AND GET THIS MINI EDUCATOR!!! sorry for the long review but I wanted to get my point across with stories to back it up. IT'S A TRUE LIFESAVER!! I ALWAYS take a leash with me AND ALWAYS PICK UP HER POOP! use the poop bags and keep neighbors lawn clean! IT'S SO EASY AND CLEAN! MAY GOD BLESS AMERICA! REMEMBER TO VOTE!! Update: June 2020 : this is an AMAZING TRAINER!! I will say the battery stopped taking a charge about 6 mo ago and the company sent me a new one right away at no charge! Sassy still gets so excited to see children and family and she likes to stand out jump up to smoother then with love. She is extreme about it but it’s bothersome when they come over. I JUST PUT THAT COLLAR ON HER AND SHE CALMS DOWN AND SNUGGLES NEXT TO THE LOVED ONE! THE BEST PART IS I DON’T EVEN HAVE IT TURNED ON! Watch a few training videos, take the time with your baby and you will BE AMAZED! We walk the neighborhood with this collar, no leash, and they al comment how well behaved she is!! BEST $$$ I’VE EVER SPENT!!

Worked great while it worked. the receiver/collar stopped holding a battery charge or recharging after about 6 months so now is worthless. My wife called their customer support and has not received any response for weeks. ***UPDATE*** Called back during business hours and spoke with a kind service rep who arranged to mail us a replacement within a few days. Apparently they don't return customer service calls if you leave a message on their voicemail when calling outside of normal business hours. Maybe don't have an answering machine then? Anyway, they sent us a replacement collar receiver with minimal hassle. Thank you. Also, I have to say that we love this e-collar. Every dog owner should have one. We have a 70 lb rottweiler who is super smart, dominant, has strong pray drive and very sweet. This tool allowed us to very quickly get her attention that give us the confidence to play fetch with her in the urban park where we live. Previously the Chuck-It ball had taken a bad bounce and gone into the street and she chased it heedless of my commands to return, partially becuase of the large distance between us. Happened twice and gave me a heart attack each time though she was not hit. After training with this Mini Educator not only does she have excellent recall at a distance but can also get her to stay and down at distance too. Particularly important given our crowded urban park. I like to let her roam off least so she can explore and get expercise and experience as much 'freedom' as she can, while being confident that I can keep her away from other dogs that might be aggressive, alpha, or small dogs trying to pick a stupid fight that they will lose and get me and my dog in trouble. The features are excellent. Very good blend of flexibility and simplicity. That said, if you haven't trained a dog using positive and negative reinforcement before definitely make sure you watch some youtube videos from professionals tht have good ratings. It can be easy to apply this tool incorrectly and not get the results you want. If you follow the video guidance, understand the principles of training or hire a good dog trainer this tool will lead to you having more confidence with your dog off leash and hence let your dog experience more freedom and off leash time while staying safe. Lastly, if you are concerned about using a 'shock' collar, I would say this is as humane a way to go as I know of. I shocked myself with it on the wrist at a medium low setting as I wanted to see what it felt like. It was uncomfortable, sort of like a static electricity shock, but not as jolting. Seriously, no pun intended. My dog does not freak out, and never did when gets a negative stimulus pulse. At low settings she does not seem to feel it or ignores it. At medium settings she tries to scratch the collar or tilts her head but does not seem in significant discomfort. That said, she definitely does not like it and if she goes near something I don't want her to, like a dead rat, and I hit the pulse button she backs off immediately. Effective. I haven't tried any other e-collar but this is definitely recommended.

First, I felt guilty for even considering a training collar (that's the nice way of saying shock collar). I honestly never thought I'd be one of "those people". After all my dog wasn't a hunting dog and she was actually quite obedient...in the home. Once she was outside that was a different story. Being that she is part beagle and part whippet (or some type of dog that runs significantly faster than me) it was pretty much a disaster in an open field. Enter the Educator ET-300TS. First things first, don't be fooled by the "Mini" moniker. The shock level is variable between 0-100. For my 30# dog 25 is more than enough to get her attention. I am fairly confident this would work well on dogs up to 80-90 pounds. I'm a bit finicky with regard to design and functionality. I don't like a lot of buttons or complicated do dads that don't do anything helpful but take up valuable space on a controller. The Educator is extremely clean with regard to button placement on the controller. There are 4 main buttons that sit around the slightly smaller than a hockey puck controller. 1 - Tap (vibration), 2 - Shock, 3 - Shock boost, 4 - Shock level dial. The tap function is pretty basic, it sends a vibration to the collar to get the dogs attention. The Shock is basic again, sends a shock. The Boost is what's interesting. It's programmable but allows you the ability to quickly send an extra "oomph" if your dog isn't responding to the initial level. I found it interesting because a neighbor with a different collar would have to whip out her controller, look for the shock level (which was in increments), and then push the button a few times and hope she wasn't overshocking the dog. The ease with which I can send a boosted level to the collar is incredible. Also the level of boost can be programmed. By default it boosts your standard shock level by 20, but I've modified mine to only boost 10. You can modify to whatever works best for you dog. The level dial can be pressed to lock the shock setting and unlocked to change very easily. The controller sits very comfortably in your hand and if you hold it in the same orientation (thumb on tap) you can easily send the proper signals without looking at it. It's described as a stopwatch and that's exactly what it is. The collar unit is very small and the LED lighting mode is convenient if you need to take your dog out at night. The units have rechargeable batteries and the charger itself has dual prongs so you simply plug in both at the same time. I have never used the full charge on either unit, but having said that I can say both units charge very quickly after probably 3 hours of use. I've recommended it to everyone I know who has one or is looking for one (and not looking to train a hunting dog) and the neighbor I described just bought one. The only quip I might have is that there's no real easy way of attaching it to clothing. They sell a clip but I've seen it in person and it sort of gets in the way of the main controls. There's a lanyard strap but that doesn't really help if you want to attach it to a pair of shorts or to your pocket for quick access.

I LOVE this collar! Originally, I was afraid to get it because I wondered if it was inhumane. That's what all of the positive-only trainers say. This collar was recommended to me by Sean O-Shea of The Good Dog Training and Rehabilitation (thegooddog.net). He and his gang of balanced trainers use these collars a lot. I went to a local balanced trainer, Gemma from PAWS Training Centers (pawstrainingcenters.com) to help me teach my 2 year old rescue coonhound off leash recall and heel. She had already helped me train my dog with positive -only methods using food motivation (he loves his treats!) I wanted to use this collar as an insurance policy. It would be so liberating to hike off leash but with a hound and that nose, he would be gone in an instant. Or if we are near a road, I want to make sure my dog does not run out into the street and get hit by a car. With this collar on I have a surefire way of preventing that. The trainer helped me to introduce the collar to my dog at very low levels (10/100) to get him to realize when I say a command like "come" and press the Tap button or the vibrate button, if he comes to me the sensation goes away. She reserves the continuous stimulation button for dogs that can override the tap through intense anxiety and arousal. So I've never used that button because I have a low anxiety, non-reactive, very good listening dog. I HAVE TRIED THIS COLLAR ON MYSELF. In my hand I can't feel it until a level 20/100 and it is not painful at all - it just makes your muscles twitch and contract. On my neck I feel just the slightest sensation (not even remotely uncomfortable or painful, I just notice it) at a 10/100. These are the levels I train with my dog. I have only had to go up to 50/100 once when he darted across the parking lot in front of my apartment (there was no one driving in it but I wanted to send the message that was NOT okay). After the first few times of using the collar mostly using the vibrate function - but occasionally on levels between 10-20/100, I didn't even need to use it when I said the command. After maybe 2 or 3 weeks of using this collar every day to take him outside to potty and walk on my complex, I don't even need to put the collar on him. He listens. If he doesn't, he usually listens with just the reminder vibrate. He's a very good listener to begin with, and a really smart dog. He knew come and learned heel off of the collar, but now he is more likely to listen when we are outside. I have had to use around a 25/100 while we are hiking and when we see other dogs or really exciting smells out on trails, but that's it. It's so liberating to not have to hike with a leash. I also just discovered the light function - so helpful at night! There was an adjustment period. He was definitely scared when the collar was on the first 3 or 4 times, especially after the parking lot incident, which was his second time on the collar. But we just kept going on walks and I would say in a very upbeat tone "Come!" or "Heel!" and praise him profusely for doing so. After a day or so he got out of his funk and realized the collar is ok. He is more aware of what I am saying and doing and happy to plod along beside me. Now my dog gets SO excited when he can run everywhere or zoom up and down trails while I am walking. I always have him under control and generally hike away from people. When he would hike on leash he would get so worked up with smells to the point of choking himself (whether on a collar or harness) and would whine and cry like, "Let me be free to chase the smells!" He is totally cool with the collar, and so am I. Generally I obey leash laws, but on my complex I don't even carry a leash half the time. He just doesn't need it whatsoever. This collar provides great fun for both of us and I'm excited to go backpacking with him and have true freedom. Additionally, I use the "shock" and vibrate functions so little I have not had to charge the collar in the entire month since I've purchased it. Because he only needs it as a reminder - WHICH IS HOW THIS COLLAR IS SUPPOSED TO WORK: It's a training aid, it is not forever that you are shocking your dog every time he needs to listen to you - I haven't had to charge it AT ALL even though I use it for 1/2 hour to an hour daily.

I have been using this collar on my border collie for about 2 weeks. So far I am extremely pleased with both the product and the results. I tried several less expensive collars before buying this one and they were never dependable, went into sleep mode too quickly, not user friendly. Before I bought this collar, I had contacted the manufactor three times with questions. I always got to an English speaking person with very little wait time. The customer service was great and knowable about their product. The collar is peforming as expected. I especially like the choice between a very quick shock or a little longer one (seconds). Also the booster button is a great feature especially in an emergency . I like that there is no sleep mode. Other models I tried had this feature and I found it not only frustrating, but important seconds are lost trying to get it back on. The transmitter fits comfortably in my hand or I wear it on a belt loop. Both transmitter and collar have been submerged in water and continued to work well. My BC is deaf so I needed the tapping vibration as she is trained to come when she feels it. Because of this, I was very hesitant in using a shock collar for training as I was afraid it would effect her coming to me when I use the tapping. However, she has learned to escape and run away. We live in a very remote wooded area making it very dangerous for her to be running loose in the woods. she was getting away more and more so I decided to use the shock collar. When th packag arrived on time, I put it on her and holding my breath, I took her outside and let her loose. Within seconds she was off like a dart. I zapped her on setting 75 just once. Now she is the best dog. I still keep a close eye on her, but she is loose on the property with the other dogs and, as time passes, she shows less and less interest in the call of the woods. Even more importantly, she seems to be a much happier dog. I was afraid that after shocking her, she wouldn't want to come when I tap her. This WAS NOT what happen. Just the opposite. She comes running back to me with her head up, ears alert, and tail in the air. Every one around us are so amazed at the difference. I honestly feel like I made a break through in communicating with my dog. She understands what I'm asking and that makes her life less stressful. This collar probably saved her life. We were even thinking of giving her up as she was becoming such a problem and disrupting the entire household. I have no regrets spending the money for this collar. If I had to say something negative, and this would be true for all shock collars, is that the fit does have to be snug. My deaf dog wears hers all day. I'm hopping as she becomes more trustworthy, I will be able to remove the prongs and only use the tapping which would make it a little more comfortable. Also I should add the collar does hold a charge well. The longest I went before charging it was three days. I usually charge it every other night. If there is any changes in th performance of th collar, I will update my review.

Love that it fit right in my hand so easy to use. This mini educator is saving my dog from aggression. Tapping for attention and zapp for aggression stop her write away from escalating. Last night we had the best session yet at training. I had to use the negative only 2 time. The rest she was so calm. The trainers were amazed. Life is good again.

This is absolutely incredible and an absolute life saver. I bought this as a final chance to help our extremely reactive whippet. Days out with him have been a disaster and always ended in an argument, we left him at home and he developed separation anxiety. Therefore we couldn’t take him out or leave him at home. Then after watching Jeff Gellmans videos on you tube I knew I had nothing to lose. He walked to heal in a few minutes and after three days we could walk past dogs without any reaction. The worst we get now is a tiny moan but just using this shows him to calm down and watch me. It is a miracle. My family can not believe the difference. I would give this 100 stars if I could. We love it and now have a super calm, well behaved whippet who respects me. He walks past dogs now and we all enjoy great days out. Get it if you want to stop unwanted behaviour. We only use level 9 as the highest out of 100. It is so humane and the best tool ever to communicate to your dog. Used correctly, this is incredible, especially for reactive dogs. I had tried everything .....this is worth every penny.

The product is Good enough.But when I checked the box which I received There were two items not there. i.e. 1) 50% stimulation Reducer. 2) Short probe comfort adapter. I do not know what happened. So I humbly requesting you kindly arrange to send it to me. I have to do lot of business with Amazon.
