Is this any good for refilling a supermarket’s standard cooking oil bottle pls?

It is. It has a wide opening. This is what I purchased it for. Good for filling herb jars etc too.

Would this be wide enough for coffee beans?

Even though a coffee bean would fit through the funnel, I don’t think they would flow through very well as the spout would probably only fit 3 or 4 beans at a time.
