I was hesitant to buy this item given some of the bad reviews; but it was the only thing that did what I wanted, ie an overdoor rail vs hooks that would hold more than one towel, so given the price I thought I'd risk it... and so glad I did. It's sturdy, sits well on the door and does exactly what it's meant to do. It's deeper than I thought it would be (but then I didn't check that measurement) but the depth means a damp towel won't be touching the door so it can dry properly. Very easy to put together, no pieces missing or damaged. Can't comment on any rust issues as previous reviews mentioned, I've only had it 6 weeks and my bathroom is very well ventilated. but for now, 10/10 from me

Easy assembly and looks good. Annoyingly sits slightly too high on my bathroom door, so won't easily close with it on, however sits better on other doors when testing it

Towel rail is ideal for hanging towels on. So easy to assemble together.

Rack it's self is good value for money. Dropped 2 stars because of shoddy workmanship or lack of quality control. One of the middle bars screw won't tighten as no connector on one side of the bar so screw is useless. Tightened the 2 screw bars next to this one really tight and seems to be strong enough to support what I need it for.

It looked okay but as soon as I started to try to assemble it I discovered faults that made it impossible to put together. Firstly, the track for the screw to go in was misshapen in one place which meant the screw could not be inserted. In desperation I used more force it and the screw got stuck halfway in and could not be moved at all, in or out. In another place, where one of the hooks was supposed to be screwed in to hang it up, the inner part of the tube was missing so nothing to attach it to. Terrible waste of time and money. Then on top of it all I went to send it back and the shop owner refused to accept it as I had not wrapped it up. I was told online that no wrapping is necessary. Emailed the vendor with pics but they told me my pics were too blurry and insisted I send it back by buying packaging, wrapping it up and going to a post office. Shame you are so discourteous and untrusting of people who trust you with their money. You have had enough of my time and effort already, it's going in the bin and you can keep the 15 pounds.

Good product, delivered on time

This has proved to be a handy solution for towels in the bathroom and also for my dog's towel(s) and any wet items when we return from our walk. I would have loved it to be a bit longer (and even wider) but all in all a very functional and useful item.
