2XU Compression Recovery Arm Sleeves

i have been power lifting for years and recently go into CrossFit. Being an older lifter, I chronically had pain in my forearms, biceps, and triceps.I wasn't sure what to expect when I got them. I had read a little about benefits of compression, even had some heavy duty elbow sleeves but didn't know arm sleeves existed.Well, to make a long story short, when I first received them, they felt so good that I wore them all day. I didn't have any problems getting them on. I've worn them under clothes at times and even slept with them on. My workouts are virtually painless now. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with these.I would say the compression is light-medium. I have heavy elbow sleeves, that can fit right over these by the way, that are so tight your hands go numb in about 15 minutes. I like they are knit and not some waxy slick material that I would be afraid to rip. My only complaint is that when I take them off, there's a giant X on my forearms that take a while to go away.Overall, this is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. Remember, Go Heavy or Go Home.

These things are tight... which is good! better yet, the fabric they they used leads me to relive that they will stay tight which is a major plus.as far as comfort goes however I would give these about a 2/5, these things are not meant to be worn for extended periods. after wearing them for about an hour on end, my "elbow pit?" are red and tender as the result of any movement. The X's on the arms aren't as bad as some reviewers make them out to be, but they don't particularly make them more comfortable either. If your arms resemble slender man more then the hulk you will have issues ensuring that the sleeves run the entire length of your arm.If they added some kind of joint fabric to allow for some movement and possibly also has a long option to their sizing then it would be a solid 5 stars, but because of the fit/feel I would argue a 4/5 is a fair assessment.

I ordered the XL pair an roughly a 15.5 inch bicep and maybe a 11.5 to 12 inch forearm. I found the forearm compression to be decent even though mine are a bit under the XL range. Bicep compression is OK an I am in the listed range there. Material quality is good. These are not under armour type material sleeves but a heavier fabric. Still spendy but probably the best out there. I have some golfers elbow from lifting and a bicep strain and these help, just don't expect a cure all.Update: a month in still very happy with these. Worn them running, lifting, and playing volleyball and worked well in all roles. Also have been washing and drying them (on low) without issue. Would buy again.Update 2: I got a pair of the zensah sleeves. Decent and cheaper but no where near the compression of the 2XU's.

I am using these for obstacle courses to help protect my skin from abrasions. For that purpose it worked well. Not sure if the compression really helped any with muscle endurance/fatigue, but I was not expecting any miracles in that regard anyway. They did get stained from the mud run, but since I will only be using these for mud runs I really don't care if they are stained. If you care you may want to go with a darker color (I had the light pink). I was in between sizes with my forearm needing one size and my upper arm needing another. I ended up buying the small and medium and honestly both would work; I just have more muffin top with the upper arm with the smaller size. I ended up using the medium and it worked fine. I used them for 5 hours at one time and was not bothered by them in any way (i.e. no irritation or chafing).

I chose this sleeve because of a problem with my hand. This sleeve worked perfectly taking the tension off of my hand so that it could relax and heal. I have also used these a few times on both arms when I felt to much tension. These take away the tension resulting in comfort and no straining of tendons. Definite recommend for these.

I pitch 3 days of the week so I purchased these to help out with soreness in the arms. They work wonderfully - my arm feels warmed up and ready to go the entire time there is much less fatigue and soreness after games.These sleeves are made of heavy duty material and aren’t glossy and slippery like some sleeves that look like spandex. They’re tight and give a significant amount of compression without cutting off my circulation and making my hands go numb. Yet, they are comfortable and didn’t chafe or cause any irritation.I was right on the borderline between sizes (both bicep and forearm) and I chose the smaller size. No regrets. However, 2XU actually recommends going with the bigger size if you’re using these during activity and the smaller size if you’re using these for recovery.

The forearm fits loosely and the bicep area is way too tight. I ordered XS and was borderline Small and one measurement was in the extra small range. Also, I guess I am allergic. It has lycra as one of the materials. I got an extreme crazy rash after wearing it and some hives, crawling skin, and redness for a couple of hours after I briefly tried it on. I googled and apparently lycra has latex unless otherwise specified as latex free. I didn't think I was allergic to latex before. I have to return it because of fit and the rash.

Last year I bought some of 2XU's older model compression sleeves, and they fit absolutely perfect. When i tried to buy another pair, it said they had been replaced by these. So I bought a pair of these in the same size (large) as my others. These fit a little bigger around the biceps than my originals do, so if I'm moving around a lot they slide down quite a bit. Not as impressed, but still decent enough.Now I see that Amazon has some of the old one's stocked again, and the link to these was removed... Unsure what that means. These are great arm sleeves and actually do offer good compression...unlike some cheaper brands, however I ordered xs as I had to guess the size, no size guide related to this item on amazon, I contacted the seller, who was extremely helpful and exchanged for a size s...you do have to pay your own postage for returning. A really great item and seller!!P.S. The size for small is from an 11" bicep to a 12" My bicep is 10.5 ish and these are ok, snug fit around wrist and forearm...

As an outdoors natural movement coach I need to ensure my clients and I have the right equipment and the best way to go is layers. The sleeves are easy to take off and put on without struggle and keep you warm in cold weather. They also fry fast.

This arm sleeve does exactly what I thought it would, and what I bought it for. I am well pleased. I did not realise it came in a pack of two, so that was even better. I have got a friend who I know would benefit from this product.

Ich habe diesen Armstrumpf in Herrengröße M bestellt. Der gelieferte Strumpf ist so eng, das er nur einem durchschnittlichen 15 jährigen Jungen passen würde, aber keinem Erwachsenen.Zudem muss ich das Proto für die Rücksendung selber tragen, deshalb gibt es von mir nur 1 Stern.

Diese Passen wie angegossen! Die grösse passt genau! Sie sind auch für andere Sportarten geeignet, auch wenn man Armlinge nicht gewohnt ist sind sie empfehlenswert!

他社のアームスリーブ購入したが若干緩く、某野球YouTuberの紹介を拝見しこちらを購入させていただきました。色にこだわりがなかったので1番安いピンク(お得！)。使用してみた感想は肘痛にビビっていたのですが程よい締め付け感が良い。筋肉の微細動を防ぐので疲れも溜まりにくいと感じました。サイズはXSです。小柄な日本人ならワンサイズ下がおススメですよ。

自分は、上腕周り35cmです。ワンサイズ上だと緩いと思い、、購入sizeで。少しきつく、引っ張り上げる感じでしたが、緩いよりはいいし、締め付けられるほどではないので普通に良い物でした。

腕のサイズを測ってから購入しましたが、締め付けが思ったより強かったです。二の腕27ｃｍでSは長さは良いが狭く、Mは長さは良いが少しきつめ、Lはぶかぶかでした。

着けるときに少し締め付けられる感じがありますが、キツ過ぎず調度よくフィットします。

サイズを間違えてMのつもりがSを購入してしまいました😅ところが、それがちょうど腕にフィットしました('-^*)ok
