I purchased these for my almost 4 year old grandson. He has an electronic garbage truck with a dumpster and loves to load the dumpster and then dump it. These are just perfect light and colorful and provide him lots of enjoyment!!

I bought this for my class to use for games - see the 1 page Scholastic Games -. I personally feel like they should be cheaper but they are a few bucks less and you get more in your bag in this package purchased through Amazon than at Oriental Trading.They are see through and light. They are also durable since my 2nd and 3rd graders use them whenever playing games. I've had them for a month now and they are still holding up. Plus easily washed.

Our chips didn't come loose - as pictured- but in strips of joined chips that had to be separated. Once twisted or cut apart, there are little, jagged, rough nubs along these edges where the chips were joined. A number of them needed to be trimmed before children could handle them safely.Ours were multi-colored, but the colors were not as pictured. We received neon pink, neon orange, light blue, dark blue, red, and green.If I had it to do over, I would purchase the magnetic chips to be sure that I was getting a chip we could use right away, free of rough edges.

The chips that I received came with only four colors (orange, red, blue, green) rather than the mix of about eight colors, as pictured here. My OCD boys don't mind as they tend to pick out only one color to use anyway, but I would have prefer to receive the item as pictured to match with my current set. Also, my four year-old knows better than to put these in his mouth, but the chips are a hazard for kids under three.

I've ordered two sets of these for my classroom. They work well as overhead counters and I've started using them as game markers. When my students are playing a game where a "bump" or "steal" is an option, the word or number can easily be seen through the opponent's marker.

I've used these for a few years now. I put a try of dots at each table in my classroom when we play vocabulary word bingo. I read the definition and students must mark the matching vocabulary word on their boards with a dot. I've had students mark their boards with ink, paper, and pennies, but they love the colored dots. Anything that gets students excited about studying is a worthy investment. I've lost a few due to theft, but otherwise they last forever.

Bingo chips are great! Love all the different colors!The other set I had was cardboard and got ruined when water spilled on them! These are plastic so they are much better!
