This is the best USB to C dongle I've found. I can use multiple on my laptop. I use one for my mouse, and another for my 3.0 USB thumb drive and a third one for my external drive. They all work, no issues. Other brands I've tried will not work if I use more than one on the same laptop. I've purchased a whole bunch of these as devices increasingly come with C ports and many of my accessories and external devices have the regular USB connection. Much cheaper than buying all new accessories and devices!

I purchased this to use with my computer mouse and MacBook Pro computer. I love it and have absolutely no issues at all with it! I would definitely purchase it again because it has been durable, good quality and not too expensive.

I like Belkin products though they can be pricey. However, their products are generally well made. This cable has worked well thus far. I've used it to connect usb flash drives to my Nexus 6P, which the Nexus sees the drives without issue. The only problem I have, which is a failing of the Nexus 6P and not the cable is the fact that the 6P can't read exFAT formatted drives, It will prompt you to reformat your USB drive with a FAT file partition. In either case, the cable works great so far and I'd recommend it to anyone with a USB C device who needs to connect USB-A devices to it.

Works perfectly with my Nexus 6p. I picked it up to avoid paying for a new USB C flash drive and have had zero issues with transfer speed or recognition of anything USB related. Haven't used it to charge my phone yet but I would imagine it would work fine, as long as you aren't expecting the stock rapid charging. I have no problem paying for a quality item from a reputable company, especially when so many USB C related products on Amazon don't actually meet spec. It even worked with my portable amp/DAC! Fulfills it's purpose. The USB port is pretty tight and you're limited to one port. Using this for Samsung Galaxy Pro Tab.

Got a new Apple computer and needed an adapter. This is exactly what I needed!

In the comments, someone mentioned that the product was fake. It's not, at least, what I have. The quality is good, and it works as it has to.

Most adapters have trouble with data transfer and they can only handle power. No issues when plugged into DIY HDD cases, or even DIY SSD cases. Used on the 2021 Macbook. No complaints and would recommend this over other cheaper adapters. Worry-free solution.

I purchased this for a new MacBook Pro, as I wanted an adapter to keep in my bag during travels. It's no secret that the marketplace is now flooded with USB-C to USB A accessories, but finding quality examples at decent prices is another matter. This is why I went with Belkin, who are incredibly trustworthy. The adapter costs a little more than most, and is almost twice the cost of an Amazon Basics, but it's money well spent. As expected, the product is superbly well made and even has a little reassuring weight to it, which reflects the higher quality materials. The plug and socket are very well constructed - the USB-A end in particular having plenty of metal integrity. The cable section is well insulated, with just enough flex to lessen the pressure from the connectors. If they were cheaper I would purchase Belkin's other USB-C accessories, but I'll stick with Aukey for now who are also good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this at all.

Product works well but doesn’t feel like worth Rs1000 ; i wish they made it look premium. I have used amazon basic connector in past which was half the cost and felt premium quality. Another difference i notice it is very tight on USB A side and USB C side so you have to put extra pressure to connect it to device. This is unlike amazon basics connector which i have used. If given a choice I would buy an amazon basics connector over it. Since amazon basics connector was unavailable i had no option than to buy this over other cheap connector which could be potentially harmful to my MacBook pro. Overall it is good buy though it comes with very minor shortcomings highlighted above.
