The D harness is cheap and breaks
The bungee part works great, but the D ring on the harness belt was constantly breaking. 100lb. to 140lb. girls were uses this, and it would separate easily and the come off the belt. This caused the girls to fall and injury themselves. No lasting injuries thank God, but this product is unsafe.

I had this for over 6 months and I'll tell you that this resistance rope is very good because of the resistance it has It's not too strong or too light but it's just right. If you want to get stronger buy this!

It snapped on first use!
Reference: gymnastics coach. I was trying to find an email but was unable, so I’m hoping the review will get a response!! I used it with my team, and my girl who’s maybe 90lbs soaking wet snapped the buckle! :( The material is slippery & didn’t want to stay and the first time it came undone so I taped it, then the second time the buckle actually snapped (pictured). I’m debating to return instead of exchange, because I’m concerned about if that happens with the tubing!! I exchanged the belt for a harness we had already, and it worked great - the girls loved it! but I’m still concerned and would love reassurance the band is safe for high use. This is targeted for adults, who are much larger than she is, so I’d be wary if you’re post-puberty!

Red cover break
