AnySharp – CHEF – Easy to Use, Hands Free Knife Sharpener - Wolf

I have many knife sharpeners, but this is the BEST knife sharpener I have in my collection! I also purchased the regular Any Sharp knife sharpeners that also work extremely well. They are great, extremely easy to use and create a very sharp edge to every knife I’ve used to sharpen knives.

I thought the knife was suppose to be placed at an angle -don’t do that!! Knife is sharpened nicely. Great sharpener, great price!

It works quite well but took a little getting used to. You have to use a light touch. Otherwise, it has literally taken steel shards off my knives. It does keep them very sharp!

I was so excited to find this amazing knife sharpener on Amazon. I bought my first one on GMA years ago and proved very durable. I preferred the metal over the plastic, both worked fine, just my preference. Finally it wore out, it wasn't sharpening my knifes anymore. In the description it says it last 2 years, well mine worked for over 4 years. This was the ONE sharpener that I could use and it worked!! I had tried so many, and some were expensive. Forget the way you must hold one of those sharpening "sticks" and the angle it has to be held....ARGH! I keep AnySharp next to my knife block. It's small, out of the way, until I need a knife sharpened. So easy to use and safe to achieve a really sharp blade. My video shows a very dull knife.

This is the second sharpener I ordered. it is a gift. I loved mine and I have been showing it to everyone who comes for dinner in my house. It sharpens the knives so quickly and easily. I love it!

A good product, if only it really worked on smooth surfaces in the manner it claims. The truth is that it only works on a very few smooth surfaces. I'm disappointed.

Są przeciwnicy tego rodzaju ostrzałek - niby niszczą noże z czasem. Kluczowe z jakim czasem - za parę lat można kupić nowy nóż. Ja ostrzę nawet moje noże WUSTHOF - one są bardzo twarde i nawet za 10 lat będzie można ich używać. Odpowiedz kiedy dowiadujesz się że potrzebujesz naostrzyć nóż - jak go potrzebujesz użyć !!! I w 2-3 sekundy masz ostry ! A nie ostrzenie osełkami 10 minut...

This sharpening item was not expensive, but WOW does it do the trick! All my knives now are extremely sharp so you have to be extra careful. When you first use your knife after sharpening it you will feel it slice through like butter! Very impressive!

Vraiment indispensable dans une cuisine, mais pas que. Il permet d'affuter toutes lames, même machette. Très facile d'utilisation. Mais attention après affutage, les couteaux coupent vraiment très très bien. Ma grand mère de 95 ans l'utilise ! J'en ai offert à plein d'amis. Je le recommande fortement.
