Best Gluten free pasta
Best gluten free pasta out there. Doesn't get too starchy when cooked, doesn't have to be rinsed, cooks al dente just like regular pasta, has no weird taste, and the texture is perfect. Doesn't fall apart, and holds up surprisingly well after being refrigerated over night. My husband has never had a Celiacs episode with these. This is my family's favorite pasta, and I always order it in these bulk packs now. It saves me a little money compared to buying them at Super 1, which is 30 minutes from me.

Gluten free Pasta!
Wowed! Great Taste and good quality! Easy to make in less than a hour.But only 8-10 minutes to cook! They hold shape and make a great meal.. So add to other stuff or eat alone, yes Gluten free! Chick peas base, with Corn, needless to say, I love these! So try a box and see what you think. I buy them by the case! Share boxes, others have said this is great!

Not noticeable as a 'replacement' for pasta! Good flavor
Recently became gluten sensitive (I'm OLD! I've eaten wheat my whole life! Now I can't have it??) and have been sorely disappointed over the 'gluten free' offerings out there. Decided to give these a try. You know, they just about match the old, wheat based pasta I've eaten my entire life for flavor. You can't really tell these are a substitute for regular pasta. Wish the price was lower, and they came in more 'shapes', and in bigger boxes! I like it!

goes with so many food sauces.
great start for the gluten free. goes with tomato sauce/spaghetti sauce, white sauce, tuna, or as part of a bigger dish combo. easy to cook on the stove top. i've been using this for years. no problems at all.

You won't go wrong
I would have given it a 5 if it came in 1 lb boxes. I'm cooked it with no issues, unlike regular pasta which gets mushy ìt it is over cooked. The texture seems to always be al dente and makes a great pasta salad. Thanks to covid I'd, I developed an intolerance to wheat; as such no pasta. Now I get to enjoy pasta again.
