Q: How do you fold the legs back in? The last thing I thought I would have a problem with is the foldable legs on a foldable table!

The angle braces have joints that you need to "bend" in towards the table top. The push the legs towards the table top and lock them in the folded position.

Q: I can not fold it back, is there any instructions available? I have in a easy way tried several times and can not do it

Others have answered with recommendations. We have not folded it is in use all the time. (not used as training table, it was the size we needed for a particular area)

Q: What is the weight capacity of this table?

The specs on it said 300 lbs. But beware it could fall over with nothing on it as well as 300 lbs on it. Very unstable.
