Perfect texture and nice level of saltiness

Simply put, I like 'em!
I am an olive enthusiast. As a last minute item to fill up my cart, I ordered two jars of these Kalamatas I opened one jar yesterday, and I've enjoyed the heck out of it! The olives are varied in color from light to dark, and range in firmness according to their shade. The brine is flavorful, and is not highly saline. Simply put, I just really like 'em!

I love kalamata olives and now I get the bonus of food source of probiotics as well in addition to yogurt and sauerkraut. I have canceled my subscription. I like my olive fruit firm and these are too soft/mushy for my liking.

Organic Kalamata, great stuff!
I had some organic Kalamatas in a tall skinny jar from a different vendor, but I chose these in the shorter jar because they pack more compactly and better in the area where I store these. They're yummy and packed with addictive flavor and I've been serving them with the appetizers for every holiday. I love the brine, too, and add a bit to my potatoes to serve, along with olive oil. Someday I hope to use the brine in a homemade Italian dressing, too! These are delicious Kalamatas, and I highly recommend!!!
