I use this for needle-felting, and it's been great! The color is nice and rich black, and the texture is very soft. This ball has lasted me a long time, so there's a good amount for the money.

This is nice wool. It’s soft and the fibers are long. However, I must say that I’m disappointed in the color. I needed a very pale pink which is what this looks like on the product page, but the color is a deeper pink. Probably 4 to 5 shades darker than what the picture depicts.

Nice green and nice amount

I got this wool roving in green. It is a beautiful vibrant green, just as pictured. It seems to be a good quality and I enjoyed using it for my Christmas needle-felted projects. Just a warning, it comes vacuum-packed, so it's almost as flat as a sheet of cardstock. I didn't think there was any way it could be the 3.53 oz. advertised, but found out when weighing it, that it was exactly that.
