Actually works if you are having weight
Worked for me. I use most of Dr Grundy products. I took about 2 months to feel a difference. Would recommend listening to a few of his online talks.

Gut Health without Prescriptions
My ortho suggested this for me for gut issues. We live on a sailboat and soon will not be near our Dr's so we are trying desperately to get away from prescriptions. He said that he takes this and does an amazing job for him.
