What can I say? Nice bottle, nice tablets, but for the rest check back in ten years to see if I'm well. As for the prompts – yes easy to swallow, size is good, no taste, and, adding my own observation, the color is beautiful like an Anglican book cove. More later, hopefully in a decade.

This vitamin was recommended for a family with Kidney issues, and the price on Amazon was so much better than any mail order pharmacy. I also love that it can be delivered directly to their door. The pill is Large and have an awful smell, but it provides the nutrients needed and there no complaint on swallowing..
