Does this lower glucose level

It may not work for everyone, so take it at what it's worth. For me, I am on 3 different medications and have been having a hard time controlling my glucose level. I have added alpha lipoic acid, chromium, a pre/probiotic, and cinnamon to my regimen. Only when I added fenugreek, did it all finally start to kick in. Again, as I am not a health professional, I say take it for what it's worth... and that this *only* refers to how it works for me. If I get silly with high carb things (pizza), my sugar will still spike very high. I also try to get in cardio exercise 3 times a week.

Pleasantly surprised on the quality

Recently brought this to help with breast milk production and I have noticed a difference. I have only been on it for 2 days and already I can see i am making more milk. Now,I am not an over producer I was making under an ounce per breast per session sometimes. I Recently finished fenugreek supplements by another company and I did not noticed any difference if anything my supply was dropping. I noticed that I am making over an ounce now per session per breast and haven't done anything drastic in my diet.
