I had been looking for a good organ supplement for a while since I can't stand the taste of organ meats but wanted the benefits of them. I have used the Multi Collagen caps for about 3 months now. So far I really like them This is the first collagen capsule I have taken, I have used many powdered versions in the past, and this one had really good reviews so I gave it a shot. I was sick of wasting money on powders that claimed "no flavor" but yet were repulsive. With caps there really is no flavor so no money wasted there. I do feel I have noticed a difference in my skin, hair and nails, which I have only noticed with one other collagen product. It did take about a month to see any difference so definitely give it some time for deciding for yourself. There are also some reviews that say they don't take all 3 recommended caps but I have always taken as directed so I would also say to not take less than recommended if you want to see results within the first month, but everyone is different. I will continue taking these for the price and the fact that I think they do what they say they will.

I'm in my late 60's and started to take these a few months ago but was only taking 1 pill instead of the recommended 3. About a month after taking1 pill i was informed that i should be taking 3. Once starting taking the proper dosage I could really notice more improvement in my skin hair and nails. I have a spot on my lung but it was to far in to have a biopsy so been on very strong prescriptions which has caused the thinning of my hair once started taking these I've noticed less thinning of my hair and my skin is feeling softer.. I have told my friends about this product and I really believe it is working.

Great product so far. I usually take the powdered form but wanted a grab-and-go bottle when I don't feel like mixing it in liquid. I am mainly taking it for hair support and overall health. Nice that it has 5 types of collagen in one. Capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste. I think I will stick with these. Great product.
