Do you want to know her "little secret ingredient"? It's Spatini Spaghetti Sauce and Seasoning Mix! She's been using it ever since I was a kid and when they stopped manufacturing it for the consumer market my mom (and I) were devastated! Thank the good lord for it being available from this seller, and in bulk too! If purchased individually at the supermarket this 4 pack that I buy for her would have cost in the hundreds, but it's available here for a fraction of the cost! Did I mention mom's "gravy" as we like to call it down here? Momma mia! Fantastico! Yep, this will make your "sauce" taste like old Italy also. It's an all around great Italian Style seasoning mix. We are in our fifth generation of using this to make spaghetti sauce. Our grandmother, our mother, myself, my children, and now my grandchildren. We do tweak it adding onions, green pepper and ground beef….iadd a few other things as well.

Start with using a little to any tomato recipe, then increase by taste. Really gives your recipe a more intense flavor. Good Product

My grandmother couldn't cook, but boy could she make spaghetti sauce. Her recipe requires Spatini, which I can't get in grocery stores anymore, so I'm so happy to find it here! Tastes just like when I was a kid. Yum!

I used to use this seasoning years ago. Got started using it when I got married and was looking for a good spaghetti Sauce recipe. Used to come in a box with 3 packages in it. It disappeared from the shelves and I couldn't find it anywhere. I finally found it in a magazine called The Vermont country Store. It was quite costly (It only came in a 15 oz bags) When I found it on Amazon for this price. I could not believe it. I was so HAPPY!! Both my daughters use this. It is good in anything you make with a tomato sauce.
