I’m excited to use this!
Even though it’s not leakproof- I’m very excited about the way this is created and it has great eye appeal.

Smart, Usable Design
This is a fantastic little lunchbox. I had been looking for something without any plastic which also had multiple compartments, and after looking at some other options I decided to go with this one. I'm glad I did.The design is impeccable. The lid can be flipped upside down and used as a base for the upper level, leaving no mess on the tabletop. The top level is designed in such a way that, when set in the overturned lid, it doesn't actually touch the inside of the lid, so if either the inside of the lid or the bottom of the upper section is dirty, the other one won't get messy. This isn't hugely important, but it does make the whole process of having multiple compartments very easy to work with. All of the space in this box is highly usable. The build quality is difficult to describe. On the one hand, my model looks obviously warped when looked at from particular angles, and when pieces are put together, they fit snugly, if not flushly. However, everything does indeed fit together as tightly as needed (it also helps to get away from the expectation of the kind of tight-fitting seal that only plastic lids can create), although I find that the clasps snap a little tighter if I put the top part on one way instead of another. The metal is smartly chosen: a little thinner in the main sections and thicker in the lids, which would otherwise be easier to bend. As it is, the lids are quite sturdy, and the larger pieces don't seem likely to deform any time soon. I was also extremely pleased to note two details: 1) There are no seams where food could get stuck (the corners are just a little rounded on the insides), and 2) there are no sharp edges. The edges, in fact, are just a little thicker than the walls--this adds a bit more stability and prevents any possibility of injury. You will find only stainless steel throughout the entire construction: even the little rollers on the clasps are steel! As to the size: it ended up being both smaller than I expected and larger than I need; since the entire volume can be filled with (non-liquid) food, it's possible to pack quite a bit. Unless you buy smaller-sized bread, you'd be hard-pressed to cram a sandwich into this thing. However, I have found it's given me a good excuse to get away from the sandwich and explore other horizons. Leftovers are great in this lunchbox--food can simply be spooned into the compartments, and if more divisions are needed, lettuce and kale are wonderful as edible barriers. Of course, the steel construction precludes the use of a microwave, so don't expect a hot lunch.I have also been delighted to find that this box is very, very easy to clean. The polished surface can be blinding in bright light and does show a lot of fingerprints, but I also think it causes the food not to stick so easily; I have had no difficulty hand-washing this lunchbox even after leaving it open on the counter overnight.

Durable, perfect size for kid's lunch or smaller adult lunch
This little box is wonderful, just the right size for my 7 year old. Seems very durable. I like that it is rectangular instead of round because it just seems more space-efficient that our round tiffin. It seems kinda small when you first see it, but I have found it to be perfect for my kid and even big enough for most of my lunches so long as I pack a snack or two as well (which I usually do).My only minor complaints are that the little mini box will only fit in the top. Seems trivial, but it has been a minor annoyance as I like to put "messier" foods, like chicken salad, lasagna, pot roast, or something with a thick dressing/liquid, in the top, because if you put food like that in the bottom it will get dressing/liquid/sauce/etc on the bottom of the top container (since the top container is the "lid" to the bottom, which makes for a mess on the table when you take it apart. You can rest it in the top lid to prevent making a mess on the table, but my 7 year old might forget that at times; and also resting it in the lid means the dressing is now there too (and my daughter has snack time and lunch time so that is not always feasible to have dressing on the top lid that then gets the dressing/liquid on a different food). OR sometimes I just want to put something that takes up the whole space on top because the top is slightly taller, and I can't because that is the only place the mini container goes. Anyhoo- it is MINOR, I admit, after going on and on and on. But I wish the design was fully interchangeable because when I send my daughter with food that must go in the top, the mini container has to go on its own. And the lid to the mini container isn't so tight as to prevent it from coming off unless it is really snug in her lunch box.So on that note, I also wish the mini container snapped together tighter so it could be used on its own, or for thicker liquids like yogurt. I just put a rubber band around it to use on its own if I want to put two larger things in the other containers. No biggie. It is expensive, but hopefully it will last a long, long time.

Good little lunch box overall
I am mostly very pleased with these.I bought two and one was perfect, the other was a bit stiff and scratched (but not unusable) so I'm not sure if they are completely consistent.I was a little worried they would be small from other reviews and I think they probably would be for a sandwich however they are the perfect size for a salad and some left over roasted meat/falafel and the small pot is great for some fruit/a snack.I have had no trouble with leaking but I tend to carry them upright in a cool lunch bag with an Ice-pack. I don't think they would be suitable for chucking in a rucksac and would probably leak with anything too wet.My favourite bit about them is that they let your food breathe and keep my leftover meat looking and tasting fresh even having been in the lunch box in the fridge over night. (I found with Tupperware the air-tight seal made it a bit musty the following day)So overall great little lunchbox for my needs but wouldn't be for everyone.

It is really good
I used two more stainless steal lunch boxes and I can say it's really good lunch box. I have been using few months for my 5 years old and he dosn't have any problems to open anything (I have noticed some people mentioned it's difficult to open the small box). Quite often I just use the inside small box without the lid, just as a separator. It's good, but it's not perfect.. I would add one very small box, just useful sometimes when you want to take tiny amount of something, which should be separate, e.g. few olives because they will give they strong taste if they will touching the food for few hours. Also sometimes it's a bit too small I mean whole lunch box would be useful if it would be a bit bigger. But generally it's really good. Better than one floor stainless steal boxes with separators, which I discovered some of them have tiny sharp filaments inside, which can be really dangerous if it will come off into food and eaten... It looks like these tiny metal pieces appeared due to attachment of the divider. However it's not the issue if you choose the lunchbox like these one without attached separators inside. I just wrote that because it's so many stainless steal lunchboxes and it's nightmare when you try to choose the right one! I sent back two and I am happy about these one.

Great gift for zero wasters
As others have said it came scratched. Who ever is processing these needs to be more careful, but as I'm trying to lead a low waste lifestyle I didn't return it because I figured it'd only get scratched over the years anyway and I didn't want it to end up dumped if I sent it back.

Small, heavy & not practical
This is too small for a sandwich, it's tiny. The stacking concept is a nice idea but not practical unless you make your food to fit the width and height of each compartment, generally meaning you can fit very little, I ended up with half a sandwich in each compartment and room for nothing else! Also bit on the heavy side to be carrying around in a backpack/ commute. I would recommend this to people who have a next to no appetite and like pretty things.
