I purchased this grinder because I wanted to try grinding my own coffee beans instead of buying pre-ground coffee. Since I wasn’t sure how much of a difference it would make, I decided to start with an inexpensive grinder rather than spend a lot of money on a more advanced model. To my surprise, grinding fresh beans made a noticeable difference in the flavor of my coffee. Based on my experience, this grinder does exactly what it’s supposed to do and does it well. The grinder is easy to use and isn’t nearly as loud as I expected. It doesn’t offer adjustable grind settings, so you’re limited to the factory grind size, but for my drip coffee maker it produces grounds very similar to store-bought pre-ground coffee. When I fill it to the maximum line with beans, it produces almost the perfect amount of coffee grounds for my coffee basket. Another thing I appreciate is how easy it is to clean. The stainless steel interior wipes out easily and doesn’t seem to retain odors. During use, the lid does a good job keeping the grounds contained, and I haven’t had any issues with coffee spilling out while grinding. Overall, I am very pleased with this grinder. As I learn more about coffee, I may eventually upgrade to a model with adjustable grind settings and additional features. However, for someone looking for an affordable, entry-level coffee grinder, this one performs very well and is an excellent value for the price.

This grinder is very very quiet for a coffee grinder, it’s quick to use and very effective. The only downside I could see is that it’s a bit hard to get all of the grounds out fully.

Basic grinder, gets the job done. Doesn't grind to fine ground for Turkish style. Great for the price, low noise, easy to use and small in size.

Product was on time and works excellent for my needs. The noise level is normal for this type of grinder. Consistency is very good, what I am use to and the price was better than what I normally pay for. Simple and easy to use right out the box after I washed it.

Great coffee bean grinder, grinds up fine and smooth. It has enough cord length to reach just about anywhere on the counter. It hasn’t clogged, just remember that it’s for individual coffee’s, don’t over fill. I’ve only used 4 times, but it holds together well, and has no problem with the beans. Satisfied with purchase

Able to grind very fine quickly and not a lot of noise. Does about a full pot at a time. Not a lot of extra room in the holder, so can get messy scooping the grounds out. The lid has to be lined up just right to lock into place for grinding. Overall, I'm quite pleased because it doesn't leave chunks of beans.

I am confused by the product description of this product on Amazon. It is described as a coffee bean and spice grinder. However, when I received it and read the instructions, it says it is only intended to be used for small quantities of coffee beans. I quote from the product booklet on page 3 of it's instructions..."This product is intended for grinding small quantities of coffee beans. This product is not intended to grind spices, pepper or other foodstuff." (look at the photo I included) I have not tried it on any spices, but it does work fine with coffee beans, with the ability to grind it from course to fine, depending on how long you grind it. I like that it is small, so it does not take up much counter space. It is simple to operate and the bowl part that holds the beans is metal instead of plastic. The bowl can not be detached for washing, so do not emerge it in liquid. The cord is plenty long to plug it into an outlet. The blades do not seem sharp to the touch, but they get the job done. Over all, I like it. I didn't give it a five because Amazon's product description does not agree with the manual that comes with it. Update: Today I wanted to add flax seed and sunflower seeds to some homemade bread. I had to use this grinder, and it did work okay. I'm not sure what consistency seeds are supposed to be ground to for bread making, but it did grind the flaxseed and sunflower seeds okay. The bread is yummy, so it works for me. I wiped out the bowl of the grinder afterwards to get the seed residue out of the grinder bowl. It would be a good idea to have two grinders, one for coffee beans and one for seeds, but it worked in a pinch.

Works great and isn't too loud. Grinds the beans perfectly. You have to watch the volume of beans you place in the receptacle, as they may get stuck and prevent grinding.
