This book completely fixed my shoulder.
This is one of the worst-written books you will ever see. It looks like it's been put together as part of a school project. But none of that matters. I've been a very keen swimmer all my adult life and towards the end of lockdown I badly injured both my shoulders - a tear on the left and impingement on the right. So for the best part of a year I couldn't swim at all - not even breast stroke. I spent that year hanging from a bar and exercising with weights - not heavy weights, just what I could manage. In the beginning it was very painful and it took a long time to see results. Some people have criticised this book because half of it is reviews. For me, those reviews were what kept me going. When things felt really hopeless I would read all the reviews again. For a year I hung on the bar for two and a half minutes every day, in 30 second bursts. And gradually the hanging became less painful and the pain in my shoulders went away. It's taken me 12 months, but now I am back to swimming crawl, not as fast as I used to, but I'm getting there. I will always be grateful to Dr Kirsch and if I had paid £100 for this book it would have been well worth it.

Great book
Helped me with solving rotator cuff issues someone close to me had. Brachiation and hanging, basic human moves. We actually have a joint specifically means for this stuff, the crazy thing is, we don't use it enough.

Cela m’a sauvé mon épaule
Livre pratique et efficace pour retrouver une mobilité normale et sans douleur d’une épaule blessée par de longues années de mauvaise utilisation ( golf et tennis + travail). Efficace rapidement si on réalise les exercices avec régularité. Approche très logique quand on connaît l’anatomie et la physiologie de l’épaule. Je recommande

Absolute Empfehlung!
5 Jahre Schulterschmerzen mit Schleimbeutelentzündung und Sehnenentzündung. Physiotherapie und Kortisonspritzen haben zu einem gewissen Grad geholfen, die Ursache (verengter Subacromialraum) blieb aber unverändert und somit Schmerzen bei gewissen Bewegungen bzw. Belastungen. Nach nur 1,5 Monaten Ausführung der Übung laut Buch ist meine Schulter schmerzfrei und ich kann wieder Sport machen. Absolute Kaufempehlung!
