The original purchase of the tea set did not go as planned. I believe the first set that I received was a defective set as it clearly states in the description that the set is dishwasher safe (which the new set I have is perfectly fine) During washing the cups/pot the day after I received the item in the mail, one of the cups broke in the dishwasher...which resulted in a horrible mess. None of the cups seemed to have any cracks etc before placing them in my dishwasher, so I am not sure at all how one of the cups broke.I contacted Amazon and got a replacement for the tea set and the second set is perfect! I can put it through the dishwasher with no issue what so ever. Also to note...this is not a STOVETOP friendly tea set, it is more of an infuser that you pour hot water into. Do not under any circumstances put this over a fire, or on a stove top as the plastic will melt.Overall I love the set it looks amazing and it fits my needs perfectly. It is great for tea bags, loose leaf tea, or tea flowers. I also use mine for coffee and it works out great! (use a filter if you make coffee)

I love this it's so cool. I opened it the moment it arrived dropped my flower bud in and poured hot water in. I should have taken more time maybe read the instructions but was too excited. My tea flower did NOT bloom correctly it looks like a steamed artichoke. But the tea taste great and has a beautiful scent. The cups are so cute. This listing was a great value, 4 cups- the pot- and 5 tea buds. I received the peach tea and usually won't buy flavored ones but this is nice and mellow. Does not have an artificial flavor at all.

I was very surprised that the glass portion was actually glass, the brown is plastic but heavy duty. It comes with five peach flavored tea flowers which would look beautiful To watch bloom as they brew except that the glass fogs from the heat Of the water. As a Tea lover, The blooms alone are worth the cost of the entire set! I Gifted this and the recipient was extremely pleased. Nice large basket for loose tea leaves extend far enough down into the pot that you can brew just one or 2 cups.

For the most part, I love this teapot. It’s huge so I can make as much of as little as I want (my old teapot was small so I’d often end up having to make more). The little glasses it came with are adorable, too!The only real downside with it is that the plastic bit doesn’t come off, so water gets stuck between the glass and plastic when I’m washing it. I’m a little afraid it’ll get moldy but I try to keep as much water out as possible.Otherwise, if you’re looking for a really great and big teapot, this is a great option.

This pot is as described in the ad. It's quite pretty and holds a nice amount of water. The wider mouth means it's easy to clean. The handle is wide and easy to hold.Couple of notes:*The glass pot moves in its plastic form. Which surprised me, but I actually found it useful.*It's glass, fragile glass. It comes with an insert warning not to bump the pot as it's fragile.Overall, love this pot.

I made it a habit this year that I'd treat myself better in my mental health and what I put into my system. I've been looking at reviews online for a Teapot that works well without breaking the bank, and I ended up putting my money towards this. I thought I'd get a lemon, but I got something worth the price I paid for. It keeps the warmth of the hot water well and the plastic gives it just enough space where it won't heat up the surface. Even the cups you get are simple, yet stylish to boot! I ever needed another teapot, I'll gladly just purchase one of these for my loose leaf tea.

Love the teapot(should be mentioned you have to heat up the water in another container then pour it into it) it's huge and very cute. The cups on the other hand aren't so great or at least the one I took out of the wrap wasn't. Made a pot of tea poured it into the cup noticed there was a bit of loose leaves floating around which I didn't care for so I dumped the tea back into the pot so I could strain it when I repour it and the cup fell out of the silicone holder or whatever it is and nearly crashed to the tile floor where it would have met an unfortunate end I'm sure. Reread through the product description thinking maybe it was a "feature" for easier washing and I just overlooked it. Couldn't find anywhere on the page where they were supposed to be able to come apart so I'm sending it back because i do not need the stress of something similar happening to the teapot or something while I'm pouring hot tea. Can you imagine!?

Se ve muy lindo, pero las tazas son demasiado pequeñas y una ya se rompió, les recomiendo tener mucho cuidado de hecho es muy dificil conseguir el repuesto.
