Arrived 1 week from seller, No shipping damage, mint. Newest model with 3rd battery as describe.. flown a few times with no issues. 4K video is amazing compared to my YI 1080 camera I have on another drone, which was pretty impressive itself, but go 4K and you won't look back.. Some folks say it's slow compared to the DJI Phantom but it's a video platform.. Plenty fast enough for me and 3 axis gimbal works perfect. Have not done a distance test yet and you can increase the default factory distances thru their easy to down load and install ground station software which I have done easily... Latest Firmware was installed so no need to update at this time. Steady grip is kinda useless unless you have I-phone or Android phone to control/adjust/view recording thru phone/ camera Wi-Fi connection . No app for my Windows based phone.. have not needed manufacturer support yet so can't comment on that. Extra blades are a plus but I would get couple more sets because the can break easy on a tip over landing.. first hand experience on that..

Take some addvice from someone who is not a "techie" Don't I repeat DO NOT BUY AN EXPENSIVE DRONE LIKE THIS!!!!!! I did it was great until I had a minor crash then I spent all day trying to find information on downloading and installing drone camera and remote firmware .. There is very little and poorly explained information on trouble shooting any problems you might have if anything at all goes wrong with your drone purchase. The technology advances so fast the information changes all the time and is difficult to sort out and find and YUNEEC is no help go on there website to see how little information there is for how extremly complicated they are...before you buy there is very little information or help.. It doesn't matter what brand you buy these are not "toys" in my oppinion !!!!! If you are looking for a high maintenance hobby that you need to constantly chase information on how to keep your drone flying and don't mind spending alot of money after the original purchase then this is the hobby for you!!!! I spent $1200 on a package deal on a YUNEEC Q500 and it was great the first 6 times I flew it then I crashed it all props broke the camera broke and the body or airframe as they call it broke not an easy or cheap fix almost cheaper to buy a new one !!!! Dont get me wrong this thing was GREAT until I had 1 minor misshap then the nightmare started!!!!! LIke I said I dont't blame the manufacteror It was a blast but $1200 divided by the 6 times I got to fly it $200 an hour??????? The camera replacment $400 new airframe $50 6 hours to swap parts over 6 hours trying to download firmware 2 days on utube trying to figure out what the HELL is wrong with it GOOD LUCK !!!! Please don't take this as sour grapes but unless you have alot of money to piss away and alot of time pick a differant hobby you have been warned!!!!! Guns are a better hobby and tommorow I will be enjoying my gun hobby by shooting my drone hobby before it turnes into $600 an hour ammo is much cheaper!!!!!! Awseome hobby for the right person but I have better things to do with my time and money!!!!! GOOD LUCK IF YOU BUY ONE............................................

I like everything about this quad but for one thing - battery life. Yuneec says we will get 25 minutes of flight time. I get 16 max. Hovering seems to draw more power than slow moving. Can't say why. But in no way do I get near 20 minutes. Forget about 25. I have not tried flying it with the camera and landing gear detached. I suppose it may fly longer that way, but then it isn't as delivered, is it? It wasn't advertised as flying 25 minutes stripped down. Holds hover position nicely. Responds well to input. Takes decent enough video.

This drone is awesome. You get a lot for this price and it's well worth it. I wish my practice drones (4) were this easy to fly. I would still have every single one of them in good condition. The video camera is superb and the videos are crystal clear without any shaking or distortion. I can't say enough about this drone. GO BUY ONE

I've been wanting to get into this hobby for years, and finally saved enough to purchase a personal drone. I am extremely happy with this product. It does everything I want and then some. I was looking pretty heavily at the comparable competitions product, and what sold me on the Q5004K was actually the ST-10+ controller. I am extremely happy with it, and the built in tablet for video is awesome. The video is clear and concise, and the telemetry data on hand is great for my needs. Well worth the money, and I hope to get many years of fun out of this product. Kudos Yuneec, you have a very satisfied customer.

Unfortunately it has a height limitation that does not allow flying in places of over 3000 meters above sea level where I live, I was given the firmware to remove the height limit and started to fail and losing control, it crashing several times, the technical support is terrible. I decided to go back to buy another DJI brand drone, which is still the best.

This was a first time drone purchase for me so I was a little concerned. The product arrived as promised and all items were intact without any problems. I watched tutorials as much as I could and finally made my fist flight on a clear day without much wind and was amazed at how easy it was to fly. I am still flying is safe mode but will venture out soon. The picture quality is amazing. I have noticed some disturbance in windy conditions but no real loss of control. I would recommend this product.

Everything came as expected. I have had so many problems with DJI drones having software bugs when delivered or when updates are given I gave up on them. This was ready for flight right out of the box. People do complain about the screen being kinda fish eye as far as focus around the edges. It is not that bad and only effects the video screen of the controller. The video when offloaded from the card is crystal clear! In addition when you use the camera with another device using the CGO program the video is crystal clear to that device
