Does this work on area where you've lost a toe nail?

I've never lost a toenail so I don't know , but it is fantastic for spots , acne , psoriasis , and I've used it on oven burns , which worked well. Non greasy , and absorbs into the skin perfectly.

Purchased in July 20 and only used twice now it’s like milk, is this normal?

I'm not buying the cream, but the gel and I'm very very happy. I've recorded now at least three times and the gell remains a gell until I finish it. I trust that such is its consistency and if it is cream it might become milky if left on a warm place. I am not sure really why otherwise. I am extremely happy with the product I'm buying, but I use a GEL(Coloidal Silver Aloe HydroGel) Hopefully someone else will respond to your question accordingly. Try placing it in a cooler/dark place would be my suggestion.

Why has this gone off already?, its watery and smelling disgusting. Its less than a year since i opened it.
