I ordered this engraved compass and when it came I liked the product but there was a scratch on the face. I sent them an email and they sent a replacement right away. There was no back and forth or having to send them pictures or any nonscence. I just told them the problem and they sent another. The new one did not have any flaws. I am very happy.
