This is the best Shilajit I’ve ever purchased. This Shilajit feels like it’s twice as strong as the Shilajit from the Altai mountains. I take 2 dry drops a day and it does everything as advertised. Good Shilajit always tastes bad like tar. If Shilajit tastes good that should be a red flag that it’s either fake or not good quality.

We switched to these from gummies we had previously been using as these are a better value. The taste is definitely inferior to the gummies but once you get past that, these seem to be an effective source of Shilajit. We are still trying to figure out the best method for taking this supplement. I'm not sure if this is the one we will land on but I'm sure its better than the resin that comes in jars. These are dry drops that you dissolve in your mouth. I've heard of other people dissolving in their coffee and I'm sure they could be whizzed up in a smoothie.

This is great product have bought multiple times. The only negative thing i have to say about it is and this maybe be purely cuz of the doses that I had been taking of the other forms of shiligit that I had been taking. I found that I had to take twice the recommended dosage to feel the befits of what I had been taking. But this is great product especially if your thinking about trying for the first time. No mess, or honey sticks that have crystallized. Or the complete wast of time gummies. Quick easy small pills and hardly any taste to it. Would recommend to someone.

This may be a good product. But the taste is aweful. Imagine using your teeth to scrum from a 1970s Pizza Hut ashtray.

I've tried focus factor, nootropics, mushroom coffee. They were Meh! Im always busy. When I have to work on multiple tasks at the same time theres a good chance ill leave several things half done because I got distracted. I didn't expect much, but when I got in bed after my first day, I was impressed with how organized i stayed. (I took it with breakfast and lunch.) I didn't notice until the day ended because I felt no difference in my body. The next day I had a KILLER headache, so I grabbed a coffee and had a HOLY CRAP moment when I realized it was a caffeine headache. I didn't need my caffeine to get moving that first day. Fast forward to day 5. I'm feeling great. We had my sons birthday party at the house. This is how my day went... I cleaned the house, mopped, swept, and vacuumed. Then I cooked a huge dinner for 15-20, and the kitchen was clean when i finished. I grilled chicken, made cream sauce from scratch, regular pasta, garlic bread. Then I tried a keto noodle from a recipe I liked, realize they taste good, but fall apart. I made regular keto noodles, salad, and put appetizers out. Then I went upstairs and got beautiful before guests arrived. The was the best part was my mood! Usually when we have guests, I am super frustrated and fraying at the edges by the time company arrives. I need a little time to woooooosahhhhh. This time, I was like Pshhhh! Easy. I'm definitely going to keep taking it and I ordered more to give my mom and daughter. The women in my family tend to be very go! go! go! all the time. I suspect we all have ADHD. Please don't stop selling this! I hate snow, have weak fingers, and am in no shape to climb a mountain. Oh also.. I read something about shilajit helping men with low testosterone. I don't know if it does that to women too, but Ill update if I start manning up. My energy levels are up in a good way. That said, I will just wax my face if I grow a stache.

Man I had been using gummies and the honey sticks and mixing the resin in hot water every morning was a pain! These little guys are so wasy and simple fast to use! I keep them on me all day i take about 4 a day but I have been using shilajit for a long time now! I have a very high energy stressful job wrapping mostly exotic cars! This has definitely helped me put the past few months keep nice and calm i even lost a tiny bit of love handles i had! Good stuff!
