Does the bypass filter work with it mounted upside down? As in the 2012 Dodge 6.7 Cummins.

Hello, not sure I understand the question! I own a 2012 Ram cummins as well, this filter mounts just like any other oil filter would, unless of course you have relocated the filter mount. Best to be mounted opening side up.

Will this fit the cummins 6.7L in my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500?

Not positive, but it fits my 6.7 2012 Ram 3500 and my buddys' 1994 5.9 Cummins. So I would hazard a guess that it would. They are all listed as taking the same filter. This one is just a little bit longer by a couple of inches in length, but the same diameter.
