No issues at all
Everything works as it should. Not hard to hook up to wifi.

Great Value
Printer works great and is really nice. It takes a good while to set up initially but after that it's not bad. Lots of features. The touchscreen works great and makes setup and navigating the printer considerably easier. Really cool to be able to print on CDs. The only issue I had with this "renewed" unit was that the little handle to release the ink was broken for black ink but you can still release it with a pen or screwdriver.

Easy to set up and use
I bought this to print CD's. The music group I was with many years ago had released a tape of our performances and I wanted to make some copies. The printer was so easy to set up and it performs perfectly. I haven't used it for photos or other printing, only for CD's. I'm confident, though, that it would do as good a job on other things as it does a CD. I think you can get one of these with confidence you'll be well satisfied.

No software cd!
No software cd was included with printer. Arrrgh! Spent a couple of hours finding software download on line and installing it. Not a happy camper. Will report back on its actual performance after a week of use.

This is a great brand. It was so easy to set up,
I was so glad this printer was delivered so quickly. I have a small store and my printer quit working. I first ordered a different brand and had so much difficulty getting it to connect, so that one is going back. I ordered this one and they had one in stock. It arrived today and the set up was a piece of cake. I have my packages all wrapped, labeled and ready to ship. Yay!! The only drawback is the cost of the ink. I like making books for my grandkids and that project goes through the ink rather rapidly.

To have a piece of equipment do what it is suppose todo without the manufacturer doing it.
It was extremely hard to install as a printer and scanner without using their monitoring system. I don't allow A1 or anyone to monitor what I have and do on my computer.

First one came in and no materials or instruction other than printer inside. (Ink manual power cord and any drivers missing ) Amazon offered replacement which I took. Second box came in with all items intact but the box looked kicked in even though it was delivered inside another box. This one seems okay but these are Epson renewed products so check carefully that you have everything and your product isn’t damaged Photo attached from the second box which is the internal box. Oh, and Epson uses a new innovative kind of renewable packing from cardboard triangles. Be careful as they are very sharp in the edges. Cut myself on them as I was packaging the first printer and box to return
