This is a Sweet Bean for Asian cooking
It's kind of sad reading through the reviews because this is obviously a Korean product. If you've ever heard of Azuki beans, you know those are sweet red beans. You shouldn't use this for your chilis or savory dishes, because this is meant for sweeter dishes! Anyway, I bought this here on Amazon since I didn't want to buy a whole bunch from Weee! or Hmart so I could skip shipping fees, and it's exactly what I expected and wanted. I made some ํธ๋ฐํฅ์ฃฝ, and I'm happy with the beans. Could I have gotten them cheaper elsewhere? Sure, but Amazon is convenient, and I'm glad they had this at all. Now, if only I could find some ์์ฐ์ ...

Great adzuki red beans
These adzuki red beans were perfect for making red bean paste and red bean smoothies. They tasted absolutely delicious! Had no issues with the packaging

Package broke
It was poor packaging in a plastic shipping bag with another heavy item. The original bag has ripped off and made a big mass. I know it is a good product and this is 3rd time ordering, but packaging was questionable. It should be in a box instead of plastic shipping bag. It is very good bean though.

Beware! Not your typical "Red Bean" and non-returnable
These "Red Beans" are unusual from China and not your typical American "Small Red Bean". These have white stripes down the center. I've never seen a red bean like this in my life! They are non-returnable! Very disappointed! I only bought them because stores have been out of red beans since March. Wish I could return them! $12.99 down the drain! Buyer Beware!
