Docking station works perfectly
I am using this docking station with my Macbook Pro and it works great providing power and an extra monitor. Plus I'm powering a usb bluetooth speaker off it as well. Have had this about a month now.

Failed after 1 year
It’s been exactly 1 year from the date I purchased it and it just stopped working. Doesn’t recognize any peripherals connected to it anymore.

Began to fail after 1 year, now 2 yrs - dead.
It seemed to work great for the first couple months; had tech support 3 mos in. Then I started having troubles, and my unfortunate and final solution was to get an adapter from Apple instead. I hate that I am certainly out of warranty... and I failed to purchase extended. For the money, I wish I could reach out to tech support again, but.. c'est la vie

Flakey connectors. Disconnects on slightest jostle.
I have two of these. Nice features when it works, but don't breath on it. The USB-C connectors are flakey so the slightest movement causes your whole peripheral chain to disconnect and reboot. One of my units is usable, as long as I am very careful. The other one has caused so much frustration I am junking it. For this price, you would think Belkin could have used a reliable connector.

Cannot reliably power Shure MV7 microphone
When using this TB3 dock with a MacBook Pro, it can reliably provide power to my Shure MV7 microphone, which has very high power requirements. However, when using it with an XPS13, the dock cannot power the Shure MV7 microphone. In no universe should the power output of the host computer have any effect on the power output of the dock. There's a reason the dock is plugged into the wall.

Funciona super bien, puedo conectar mi pantalla UHD de 32 pulgadas a través de su puerto DP tiene una entrada RJ45 para conectar mi MBP a la red mediante ethernet, varios puertos USC y USB-c y me sirve para mantener mi MBP cargado y conectado ! Es un todo en uno en cuanto conexiones!!! Es un producto fantástico! Lo recomiendo ampliamente!! Y lo volvería a comprar!
