Good

Best Product from Milton

Great

Overall the mop is shaky and doesn’t look robust. On the second use started to slip the spin (on video). As one guess, it is useless in this case. I wrote to the support and surprisingly they offered to change it, though they did it in three days. During these three days I disassembled the mop and using some double sided tape fixed it myself. Well after couple of weeks of emails SpotZero sent me a replacement mop even though I told them that I sort of fixed the one they sold me. Having another one I see that the first one indeed has a defect, so customer service is in fact does good job.

This is the best mop which I have used. It’s easy to assemble and easy to use. Performance is good. Nearly used this product for more than 2 years. Mop stick has damaged but the bucket is fine still now.

Believe me, Milton mop is the best mop one. I have been using this for 2 years, and still it is upto purpose and not broke. I ordered it 2 times, because it serves the purpose. Previously I ordered some other mop which is little less price, that mop broke and was not of good quality. That other mop was cheap and was of weak mechnism. But Milton mop is best in quality and durability. I use it ocasionally to weep floor. It is very helpful product. Don't waste money and time on other mops. This is my advice. One tip: use the mop at least once in a month or twice a month, so that the rotating mechnism in the bucket does not get jammed.

Very low quality finishing

This is a great mop and bucket.

No

I wouldn't recommend this mopping set. It feels like low quality and definitely not worth the price. I purchased it in dec 2025 and used it only lightly for 3 months. Unfortunately, the mop spinner has already stopped working, which defeats the whole purpose of the set. On top of that, the handle feels weak and not durable Overall, it hasn't hels up even with minimal usage and I'll now have to replace it much sooner than expected.

خفيفه جداً اتوقع ماتخدم بالشكل المأمول

The mop is very heavy when wet and the rod bends
