Multivitamin is Multivitamin so i don't understand people who wait to see if they see significant benefits from them after workouts etc. You should depend on diet for that. This Multivitamin like any other is decent blend of all necessary vitamins and good for immunity. Go for it.

I have tried this supplement before & overall I have liked it a lot. To see or feel the benefits - one needs to consume it over a period of 2-3 weeks atleast. Supplement is one-a-day & it does not matter whether you take the tablet empty stomach or after a meal - but its recommended to have it in the morning. The daily supplement will fill in the gaps for nutrient needs for vitamins, essential minerals, calcium etc. Immunity has improved for me over time & usually I contract a common cold when the weather changes but I am happy to say that I am going strong till now as the winter sets in. Since I am not taking any other supplement - I can attribute the improved immunity to Cenvitan. I have also suggested it to my brother who is 2 yrs younger. He just started taking it since week & he has also reported improvements in overall health. Just remember to drink adequate water & do some form of physical exercise - be it walking, jogging etc. It all helps in the absorption of the vitamins & minerals into the body. While each tablet has a good balance of Calcium, Iron, Phosphorous, Magnesium, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Lycopene along with other vitamins - it is important to note that this supplement is meant to provide the essential daily need. If you are short on calium or iron - you may need to compliment it with a specific suppelement over and above this one. With age - BMI or metabolic rate declines. I have used this product at least 6 month and now I'm writing my experience with this product. We can't see the lots of changes but yes few changes in body like energy, resolving skin problems but it work when you are active in performing exercise. As they suggest it'll not help to cure any disease so its correct. So now i'm thinking to stop using this. Reads cons below.... Pros. Nutritional information are accurate and they are giving complete vitamin and minerals serving one tablet as per FDA norms. No strong smell, No preservative, after eating no bad smell comes from mouth and also suitable for vegetarian people. Cons. There is no information about sources where they extract all these vitamin and minerals. They should give the complete information about this.

This is such a multivitamin tablet that there is no problem in eating. You can live with the help of a doctor or even by yourself once a day. I really liked it.Because I am using it from last 10 days and I can tell that I had some deficiency which it is slowly removing.
