What, exactly, at the ingredients?

Pasted in at the very BOTTOM of my response, as taken from the RYVITA website- you have to click on the CrispBreads section of which there are 12 flavors,  most are not carried on Amazon. Then near the bottom of the list select the Dark Rye.  It will give you the exact ingredients. I can say from the various types I have had, is that they have no additives or preservatives and contain only grains, salt, nuts, seeds or fruit depending on which flavor you get. They are also the closest thing I found to RyKrisp whose plant has closed and rumors are both negative and positive as to whether it will ever open again or anyone will make RyKrisp crackers in the US."INGREDIENTSWholegrain Rye Flour, Salt. If you can find them I would suggest trying all the others, especially with various seeds, as seeds and grains together with other items that you might put on this or use it to dip with, would make fairly complete protein.

What is the nutritional info? calories, carbs, etc. there’s nothing here

I dont have a package here but my food app says 35 cal per cracker and 6.7 carbs. I found them quite filling for what they are. Family in europe eat them when "dieting"

5g of added sugars per serving (2 slices), probably from the fruit in it. They don't taste sweet at all, I don't add sugar to anything so when something has too much sugar in it I usually don't like it.
