Top quality Sardines for the Grill
What a great product, delivered perfectly. Arrived before 10AM the next day, packed in dry ice and still hard frozen. We grilled that night the first batch (we received 4 bags of 2 lbs. each - 10+- sardines per bag) on a hot charcoal fire - 3 minutes a size with nothing but a little salt on the outside. Perfectly delicious!! Just like the fresh ones we get on Spain's southern coast. The sardines clean very easily and don't need to be scaled. The crunchy skin is delicious as well. Thanks for making our day.

They bring me back to Spain and Portugul.
These were excellent!!! They brought me back to Spain and Portugal. We grilled them on a cast iron grill, some olive oil, salt and pepper and some fresh lemon, grilled them 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on each side, make sure the grill is smoking hot. Have you wine and crispy Portuguese bread ready. Just so you know you have to gut them and scale them, but it's worth it.

If its not crispy for you then you didn't cook it long enough or with enough oil. Very good size fish and very tasty. Just like in Portugal or spain. I really enjoyed this product. I am a customer for life. ❤️

Very tasty
It’s work, deboning, gutting, scaling but it tastes great. The can sardines are very poor substitute.

The fish are of awesome quality. They were shipped in a styrofoam cooler packed with dry ice. I'll buy more!

Not Sure They Are Safe To Eat
Fish arrived packed well in dry ice. Visually they looked great, but once thawed the heads fell right off and the flesh was falling apart; not firm at all. Possible delay in freezing the fish from the time it was caught. If the other batches are like this I do not think they should be sold to the public for risk of consumers getting Ill.
