This was a great book thoroughly updated by one of the greats in Seo, I couldn't wait to buy this book on its release date so I purchased it a week before on the Kindle the previous version to this one is an industry standard so I couldn't wait for the release of this book. Yes you are going to find a lot of the same information all over the Internet but when you purchase a book or a study course what you were purchasing is the privilege of having all of the information in one place if you don't already I highly recommend following Eric on YouTube as their page has a ton of information. The school offered free online access, but I really prefer dead trees. This is just what I needed and it came just in time. It's a few years older than the current edition, but still pretty good. The illustrations are fine and the text makes the concepts easy to understand.

This is the definitive SEO textbook. Written by some of the industry giants, it covers everything you would ever want to know about SEO with helpful screenshots to illustrate key points. Reading the entire book is daunting, but even skimming the subheadings can yield lots of great ideas. I highly recommend it for anyone undertaking a large scale SEO project.

This book should be called "A History of Search: A Guide to SEO from Then to Now". Whew! I bought this book to do SEO for my new tech start-up. I thought the large size of the book meant I was getting all the best information. I'm in my third straight day of reading. I have notes about the relevant parts. The notes fill up 3 pages. I'm on page 397. Ugh. This is for people who want to get inside the mind of Google and how they think about search. It's for someone who wants to do SEO for a living. What I wanted was an action plan of how I can best implment SEO on a daily basis for my website, since I don't have the budget right now to hire someone else to do it. I ended up buying "How to Get to the Top of Google". Hopefully I won't be only halfway through that book, 3 days later, and have no clear action plan.

Easy to understand and very thorough. I expect the next edition out relatively soon, but this book was too good to not have a copy of.

This is a great book for anyone starting to learn SEO. This should be your first stop. I always recommend this book to learn what SEO questions you should ask. This is a starting place and this is the best starting place you can have.

Indispensable. It is rigorous and comprehensive, but at the same time accessible. Why bother to have a web site if it's not going to rank well on SERPs. Incluye capítulos técnicos sobre robots.txt, SEO on page, expresiones regulares para los redireccionamientos y aspectos más teóricos sobre el marketing de contenidos. Excelente libro.

Questo libro già da anni è considerato il must have per chi deve imparare le tecniche SEO. Lho comprato ultimamente perché avevo bisogno di rileggere un po tutto partendo da zero. Ad oggi ancora molto attuale. Ben strutturato e con dettagli molto importanti. Il libro è in inglese ma assolutamente chiaro da leggere.

Ce livre est une pure merveille et permet de faire le tout du SEO, du plus débutant au plus aguerri. Une vraie pépite !
