First wash with mild dishwash to then seasoned it again at your end

4.5 kg it was pre seasoned but finishing was not good during cooking i hear a cracking sound later noticed while heating it cracks so i returned and bought another " dynamic cookware" 12 inch and satisfied for finishings cost 1800.00 weight 4 kg surface mechine finished.

What is size of gas burner to be used for best results

bigger one works well. don't let tawa to over heat.

Can we use on induction electric stove

I will not advise since diameter of tawa is more than the maximum diameter of heating area ( circles drawn on glass) So heated tawa will heat up circuit area too may dammage the induction cooker.
