Disney INFINITY Frozen Toy Box Set

I bought this as a present for a 9 year old, and she loved it. Elsa is now her favorite new Infinity character. The only disappointment is that in the Infinity world you have to have a clear "game piece" which comes in the Infinity starter pack and with certain other packs but not this one. This clear piece allows you to enter the world of that character. From looking at the store, it made it look like you could enter the world of the character just through the figurines, but to truly enter their "world" and not just play with them in the "toy box" of infinity, you have to have that clear piece. Hopefully Disney will come out with more clear game piece world options soon. But works great, and the throwing of snowballs and everything is a great feature! Loved that it came with both characters from the movie!

It if definitely one of the most action packed play sets and very much worth playing more than once. If I had any complaints about the Disney Infinity Play Sets it would be the lack of Microsoft achievements associated with new sets. Another issue with the Infinity is the custom characters are limited without their own sets. Cars, Lone Ranger, and Toy Story are better investments than Rapunzel, Wreck-it Ralph, Jack Skellington or other 1 offs because of a lack of story line. Don't get me wrong at half off I would probably buy them for my grandkids, however a lack of story limits how long they want to play with them.

My granddaughters, 8 and 4 love playing with the Frozen set. Both want to be Elsa! Not much of a "game" just a lot of prancing around, which is perfect for the 8 year old who doesn't care for a battle! The 4 year old is a good sport, but after awhile she would rather go play. Wish all the sets had some sort of story-line adventure instead of little side games. Maybe I am still trying to figure out just how this thing works. But the Pirates and Incredibles both have a "mission!" All the others not so much. Building your own kingdom is not easy and takes forever!

These characters are great on the infinity game. My kids are obsessed with it. It's like they combines two of their favorites. Skylanders and mine craft. You can become the characters and play a game, but you can also create an "infinite" amount of worlds using many different tools you pick up on the way. My kids get bored with everything, but they've been going strong with this since Christmas. Worth every penny of peace and quiet :)

FINALLY! Some more girls for my Disney Infinity collection! And they're super-cool! Anna has a grappling hook, and it rocks, and Elsa freezes things...which also rocks. I would love a play set with these two, but their individual adventures are two of the funnest in the collection. Also, I love having my toy box all frosty. I super-love this set, and I haven't even seen the movie yet! It's a GREAT addition to the game. I HIGHLY recommend.

To me this is the must have set for Disney Infinity owners! The Toy Story set allows you to play in a Toy Story World, filled with all kinds of Toy Story characters. Buzz and Jessie are both fun characters to use, and you can also buy Woody to add to the fun of the Toy Story world. There are a lot of things you can unlock for Toy Box mode with this set, so I would say this is a must have set. Easily my favorite Disney Infinity Play Set is the Toy Story set.

The kids went nuts when they opened this Christmas morning. They are a big fan of Phineas and Ferb, as well as Disney Infinity. They have all the figures and were happy to have a complete set when they got this. Some of the figures have come apart from their base easily, but we didn't have that problem with either of these.

I bought these for my 6 y.o. sister for Christmas. I read other reviews and I knew it would be boring, but I thought, 'Hey, it's my sister's first video game console and game. Boring means easy.' She loves the characters, but after getting in there and playing the game, you realize that LITERALLY all Anna and Elsa do is run around in the Toy Box mode and get sparks to level up -- for what? The enemies are all ridiculously easy to defeat and you have to put them in yourself. I seriously spend more time placing villains in than actually defeating them. It's completely ridiculous. There are a couple of mini games which are equally boring. Seriously, go look up 'Disney Infinity : Frozen Anna & Elsa Gameplay' on YouTube. Even while playing the gamers are complaining that they could have built a better level. Which is true, ANYONE could have built better levels than this. It's extremely expensive for what you get -- two figurines and the two disc thingies -- that don't do anything in the actual game. This is no Kingdom Hearts, and it's not good just because it's Disney. It's the PITS. Hopefully my sister will be over how pretty it looks soon so I can sell the lot on eBay and buy her a better, less boring game. Oh, and I bet Amazon knows about how disappointed the customers are with this. Because the near five-star review is only that high because they mixed the reviews in for these figurines with the reviews for other Disney Infinity figurines -- like Toy Story and Lone Ranger, which do have actual story modes.
