Fusion MS-RA210 Marine Stereo, with DSP, A Garmin Brand

I really enjoy this stereo. it looks nice functions well and super easy to set up and hook up. looks nice as well. will fit in a single din slot just get the plate to go around it. fit well and looks great in my boat

Easy install and networking with my Garmin Chartplotter. I recommend the adapter kit since the radio is slightly smaller than a standard radio.

Even without an amp, this has excellent sound quality. It’s worth the extra money over the lower model. The screen is also very vivid in the glare of direct sunlight. We will add an amp and upgrade the speakers next year.

Works good. Quality. Only issue is that the Bluetooth tends to lose signal at times

I needed to replace an eighteen year old stereo that had seen its final days. After looking at the specifications - including NMEA2000 compatibility - I decided on this radio. It is much smaller and lighter than previous auto and marine stereos that I have dealt with over the decades but, it has a good amount of power for someone that doesn't need killer audio levels. The installation is straight forward with good instructions. I plugged in the NMEA2000 interface and instantly had control of the stereo from my Garmin chartplotter in the cockpit. This eliminated the need to install a separate control surface there.

Fantastic sound, good internal amplifier and general build quality is good. There are a few things that I would recommend the manufacturer improves with software upgrades. - The first stumbling block was after a software update, Bluetooth kept on dropping out, not isolated to 1 device, it was doing my head in and phone support was not much help. The unit was operating perfectly until the software update, I regretted doing the update as there were no noticeable changes, except the introduction of a problem. It took a few hard resets to get it right, Garmin offered to exchange the unit because they did not want to supply an older firmware version. - The headunit has a dimming function, it also has a NMEA2000 connection, however, it does not utilize the NMEA2000 connection to dim the head unit when you dim the sounder like it does for other device on the NMEA2000 network. - It has a colour screen but cannot give it a custom background, pretty useless to have a colour screen, it's primarily only there to display colour album covers.

love garmin stuff this is my second head unit i love these things easy to hook up and use a++++

Super compact design. Makes this perfect unit for any boat. The sound quality. I’m such a small unit was unbelievable. Totally thrilled with the sound.
