Good
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This OBD2 scanner works exactly as expected. It was very easy to use—just plug it into the car and it immediately reads the engine codes with no setup or app needed. The screen is clear, and the buttons are simple to navigate, even for someone with no mechanical experience. It helped me understand what was causing my check engine light and saved me time and money before going to a mechanic. For the price, it’s a great basic diagnostic tool and perfect to keep in the glove box. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it…🤗🤗🤗

Handy Device, Easy To Use
Nice and handy little OBD2. Has helped me diagnose and fix several issues with an old Miata. Takes out the guess work and gives you actionable codes.

Works great- excellent price point
Simple and easy to use. Even came with directions! I originally purchased the Ancel brand for $35.99 thinking it must be better but that one read my code fine but didn’t erase it and kept giving me a failed to erase error … so I returned it and took a chance on this cheaper one since so many people purchased it and had a decent review. This worked way better than the $35.99 item!!! It read the code and erased it with no issues. Completely happy with this product.

Good, cheap reader to have.
The marketing photos are a little misleading. The screen is an old school dot matrix screen and, though it's legible, it's not as clear as the photos suggest. Dinged it a star for that. It does, however, do the job very well. Feels light and cheap, but it scans codes and provides almost real time info (updates every second or so), and it provides code look-up as well. Had a weird code erasure error, but it DID erase my codes, and I had this issue with another scanner on the same car, so I don't blame the scanner. Over all, it really is great bang for the buck if you want a cheap reader.

Can’t beat the price.
This thing is cheaper than the one at Harbor freight and it is easier to use. If you don’t need all the bills and whistles, this is the one you want. It works as advertised and very easy to understand.

works perfectly and at a great price
Great little device with a nice little instruction manual. Worked perfectly and read all the codes for my car (2007 lexus is250) when it was throwing codes. Just wish this could also solve the (mechanical) issue, but it cant do that yet. At least it could tell me what the car was trying to tell me so then i could troubleshoot and research from there. A great device for the price. ($20)

Make sure your monitors does what you need it to before buying
Not too familiar with scanners and I wasn't interested in purchasing a blue tooth scanner, so I wanted something that wasnt too complicated. I was in the process of purchasing a used car and someone recommended this one to me. Once I completed the "system status" scan on my own suv, the monitor read: code found 0 monitors N/A 3 monitors ok 8 monitors INC 0 I have no idea what that means unless it just means all 11 monitors found are okay. I didn't have any alerts on my dash but I KNEW for a fact that I have issues with my "shift to park" on my GMC, the alert pops up every few days on my dash, but when I did the read, it wasn't acting up at that time. I purchased a vehicle and same thing, no codes found. Within 2 weeks, the car is already in the shop getting repairs. I only drove the car twice and put under 70 miles on the car. I only reason I noticed so quickly is because I was going to take a mini road trip and when I went to put air in the front tires, the sensors on the dash read me pumping air for back tires, and it did the same read for the front. Then I went to top off gas fuel, and it was still full but didnt read full on the dash. I took the vehicle in and it's needing over 3k worth of work. I'm glad the dealership is willing to rectify the situation since I didn't have the car long, but if you don't know much about these monitors, I suggest taking a mechanic or someone that does. I assume if the dash doesn't pick up a read, it may not register a code.

Works great. My car has engine light and it always stays on because of fuel gauage. it was able to read p0462 code.. i kept in car just to check the reason of engine light once a week to make sure engine light is on because of same code. It was able to erase the code too but codes comes back later or sooner.. pretty quick to use too.
